Double butted aluminium tubing meets comfort oriented geometry for the best of both worlds. The distinct curvature of the fork and design of the rear dropouts further promote a comfortable, stylish ride. The reliable, lightweight aluminium frame coupled with good quality Shimano's 10 speed Tiagra and Sora componentry makes La Triestina an ideal foray into the world of cycling.
The compact chainset, with a wide range of sprockets on the cassette, gives you a large choice of gears for speed and for climbing. Many sportives events incorporate some nasty/steep climbs on the route so having a compact chainset makes life a little bit easier even on the steepest of climbs.
This is an ideal bike for the rider on a tight budget, but wants a good quality bike to venture out on. Not the best, nor the worst, the La Triestina is a perfect choice for a beginner taking to cycling for the first time.

About the Wilier brand
Wilier was born in 1906 thanks to the brilliant idea of a trader from Bassano, Pietro Dal Molin, of building bicycles on his own account. His forge or "Steel horses" rose as a small workshop along the banks of the river Brenta, at Bassano del Grappa, and it became more and more successful by keeping up with the increasing demand for bicycles.
