Each Capsule will provide: N acetyl-l-cysteine 300mg, L glutamic acid 268.5mg, Glycine 137.25mg

Directions for use: As a general supplement take 2 capsules with breakfast, 2 in the afternoon and 2 capsules last thing at night. To reduce fatigue and increase muscle performance empty the contents of six capsules into a flask, mix with 20ml of water, or electrolyte drink. Drink 30 to 45 minutes before the performance boost is needed.
