Non so effective It's a compromise product, which is supposed to work well for all four strokes, but instead it's not very good for any of them. They're almost ok, not more. For breaststroke they are almost useless, since they hinder the feet recovery. If you want to accomplich a wave style the feet will not sink enough in time, which makes your legs move slowly, since you have to wait for your feet to sink. And since they don't work so well for breaststroke, they are pointless. There are better ones for the other strokes. I don't like these as much as I was hoping. 16 November 2012

Positive Drive Great fins, they fit well and don't come off while swimming. I felt the effects on my legs after my swim. One suggestion to the manufacturers, put some tags on the back heels of the Fins to help pull them on. 31 December 2011

how long are they?

I want to use the them in the pool, public swimming times, and I know if they are as big as the diving fins I probably wouldn't be allowed to use, in case of accidental injury to the other swimmers.

positive drive fins are a little bit longer than speedo biofuse fins.on the other hand they are so soft. so, the possibility of injuring the other people is low.

They are not as big as diving fins. As you can see at the photo, they are just couple cm wider than feet. The same as you swim with L or XL hand paddles but just on feets. If hand paddles are allowed in your pool I don't see problem to use this kinf of training fins. offcourse swimming technique make sense..

These aren't long length flippers. The shoe size dictates how long the flippers are. The picture shows where the foot fits on the flippers, there is very little flipper after the end of the toe box.

Do these fins fit narrow feet?

Since they are not adjustable and the foot pocket is not open in the front the choice of the size is key. I have 7.5 size narrow feet and I wonder if I should order 6-7 or 7-8

This is hard one to answer and I think you will have to try them on to see how they feel in the water, but this will be worth the effort as these are a really great pair of fins. Would recommend you start with the 7-8 as you have to make sure you accomodate the length of your foot and don't squash your toes. Make sure you keep all the pacakaging and dry the fins well before returning if they are the wrong size. Good luck

Size comparison request to Aquasphere Alpha fins?

I have a pair of Aquasphere Alpha fins size (5.5 - 7.5 UK) and they fit me perfectly. (My toes don't touch the end)

Do you think the Zoggs 4 stroke size 6 - 7 are comparable in internal size to the Aquasphere 5.5 - 7.5, or would I be safer upsizing to the Zoggs 7 - 8? I have narrow feet.

A comparison of the internal length would be most helpful.

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
