They are perfect for building upper body swimming strength and are very useful to combine with the buoyancy shorts.
After testing many different types of swimming paddles we have chosen this set as they are not too big or too small. The contoured shape maximizes the effect on the freestyle water catch positions and minimizes any disruption to the stroke technique, therefore reducing risk of injury.
There is the option of the single finger strap for more advanced swimmers or full hand straps for extra support. You can quickly and easily pop them on your hands and you’re ready to go.
