I have a few Zoot Tops (softshell jackets / cycle tops / t's# - depending on my training I'll go from a 39in to 42in chest and a 34in to a 36in waist #shh#. I find that a Medium is a good fit when I'm slim and a slimmer fit when I've been less committed to training. The stretch in the fabric is great and the cut is really comfy - you'd hardly know it was there.

I have Larges too and they're great for general wear but for activity based wear #run/cycle) i always prefer a more shilouteded fit... I guess you can scale that up and down to your frame!

I usually wear Small. this jacket is a bit big for me, its a bit longer than other small jackets I have. If you are between two sizes (medium/large) take Medium.
