The Airbreaker Road Helmet has been created for road cyclists who want smooth aerodynamics but don't want to compromise on keeping cool. This performance balance is made possible by Abus' Multi Speed design, offering the best possible aerodynamics and at the same time ensuring optimum ventilation.
At slow speeds, such as found when climbing hills and mountains ventilation is maximised. However, as speeds increase aerodynamics take precedent. The Forced Air Cooling Technology of the Airbreaker features 11 inlet vents and 3 outlets, all connected via inner flow channels, creating turbo-charged airflow over the head. When you're riding hard you're not going to be overheating or getting too sweaty.
Comfortably Protective.
Head protection is, of course, superb too. The in-mould design sees a durable outer shell bonded to a shock-absorbing EPS core. In the event of a crash, this dissipates impact forces, protecting your head from injury. Inside the EPS core, the ActiCage Lite system provides structural support, allowing Abus to keep bulk down and strip weight, optimise the size of the vents while still delivering exceptional protection.
When you're on the bike and if you're involved in a crash a good fit is essential. And this is made easy with the Abus Zoom Ace adjustment system. An easy to reach adjustment wheel lets you get the very best fit, offering up all-ride comfort and security in a fall.

Returned goods must be unused and supplied with their original packaging, unless the goods are faulty. Wiggle will pay the return postage costs for any faulty items.
