Quality product, and easy to use Absolutely no problems with this kit. Instructions clear, markings clear and functions with ease. What's not to like! 25 November 2014
Excellent product Good value of the money Very good size to hold on hand to use Excellent price 20 November 2014
easy to use if you have a carbon fibre bike, you must use torque wrench. but torque wrenchs are quite expencive. so it is not easy to maintanance on our own. but BBB torque wrench is not too expencive and easy to use. so I normally recomand this tool. 09 November 2014
A bit dissapointed It works well... but the *klick* sound aint that great... but it does the job... 05 November 2014

Answer:
Yes. This will work with any component that will take an allan key fitting. It is a quality piece of kit and will allow you to have the correct torque on the components.

Answer:
There are no details of the jobs you plan and you will need to check your owners manual as this tool is designed for fasteners with low torques. Most fasteners securing break components to the bike may be at the top end of the scale and the wrench may only prove useful when you are working at component level. However, if your bike is carbon fibre, the torque setttings are crucial to prevent damage to the bike and that is where this tool comes into its own. The torque on the fastener securing your pedal crank arm (unless splined) is usually in the range of 40Nm and hence much more than the range of this torque wrench.

Answer:
Yes, You can use this tool any sort of bike.. Recommend it on your brakes and cranks as they have required torque settings.
Find out the torque settings, set the torque on tool and tighten to requirement.. As easy as that..

Answer:
Can't see why not - but range is probably insufficient for cranks.

Answer:
I have used it for cranks and it was ideal. It goes from 2-14Nm of torque with the cranks requiring 12Nm.

It is much better than the alternatives at the auto shop that I looked at.

I will also use it for tightening the carbon fibre handlebar stem as I don't want to overtighten and crack that.

Easy to use and instructions are staightforward - best you read these as they instruct you to reset each time you use the tool.

Answer:
Great tool for most MTB applications although I haven't used it on cranks as they usually need a fair bit of force. My concern there would be pushing the tool out of calibration. It works will for brakes, stems, carbon etc

Answer:
I would say not - it only goes up to 14Nm, and cranks (for example) want more like 50Nm! That said, I have never used a torque wrench for my push bike in the last 11 years (of complete strip downs - to BB bearings when possible!) - and have only once over tightened something, and never had anything serious come loose. A bit of 'feel' is all you really need.
