BeElite’s Chitosan capsules each contain 500mg of high-quality chitosan. Chitosan is a dietary fibre that contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol with a 3g daily intake.

Take three capsules thirty minutes before lunch and three capsules thirty minutes before dinner with 250ml of water.
