We will happily refund any item purchased on Wiggle if returned to us within 365 days; excluding Wiggle gift vouchers, nutrition and customised products, except when faulty.

Please note: Bikes and other bulky items cannot be returned using our local returns service (where applicable). Please contact us and we can arrange to collect these from you using our discounted courier rates. There is a fee for all collections, except for faulty products.

Returned goods must be unused and supplied with their original packaging, unless the goods are faulty. Wiggle will pay the return postage costs for any faulty items.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Tough to use - hope I don't need it on the road I used this tool at home when I was performing some maintenance on my bike. Firstly, one of the flimsy metal supports in the middle snapped off when I first tried to use it. This made the tool tricky to use, but was still useable with a bit of a struggle. The small size lends it well to fit in a saddle bag, but the small lever means it is very hard to get enough force through it to push out a rivet on a brand new chain. I hope I no one get's stuck needing to use it on the road as I imagine you would have a very frustrating time. The curved wooden handle looks nice, but has a few sharp edges which really dig into your hand when you're trying to use it. Ultimately the small size lets it down in this respect as this design would probably work well with a larger handle. 2 stars because it works, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lightweight, comfortable and works Only used on 11 speed so far but worked easily. Feels good even if it doesn't look like a proper tool.
