great wheels
used these wheels as my light weight metal wheels for the last 5 years and I love them. strong, light at 1400g per pair and also shimano/campag interchangeable FH body so I can use with both setups. they take straight pull spokes and the spokes are all the same length due to clever hub flange size front rear left and right. one spoke fits all. with a pair of 25mm tyres on these they climb really nicely as well as motor on the descents well.

Great wheels
This is a great pair of wheels. I switched to them from the Reparto Corse pair that came with my Bianchi Via Nirone 7 upon purchase. At first I thought that the difference was no big deal but now after about 500 km I can feel the quality. These wheels are great for their price if you are interested in comfort long rides. I'm not an athlete, I do bike for my pleasure and for keeping me healthier. I enjoy long rides with friends and I think this pair of Campagnolo is made just for me. I would recommend these wheels for tour biking in the mountain and brevets. And they sound great, just like a fishing rod motor! The only con I have experienced so far is that fitting a new tire on is a bit hard. This is something I knew by other feedbacks before my purchase but I guess it has to do also with the type of tire used.

Fabulous wheels - worth every cent
Like other reviewers, initially I cringed at the though of shelling out so much dosh for these wheels, when my Mavics were just as round as anything else and functioned fine. However, I bit the bullet and bought a set of Neutrons and am very happy I did. No regrets whatsoever. The rear wheel has A LOT of torque - so much so that initially I was picking the front wheel up off the ground (just a little) from a standing start. They are unbelievable quiet, smooth, handle curves elegantly but respond well to aggression (I feel like I am driving a Ferrari) and make the whole experience something out of the ordinary. Sounds ridiculous to say such things, but take my word for it, Campagnolo has made an awesome set of wheels in the Neutron and they worth the expense. If you are still reading this, stop fiddling about and just order these already!

Classic Campagnolo wheel
The perfect wheel for all day rides. Durable, reasonably light, and not ridiculously expensive. The only reason I can't give this wheel five stars is that it is really hard to mount some brands of tires on these. Otherwise, they're excellent. I would buy another pair, especially if they came in a tubular variant!

Great Desicion
I spent a long time umming and aahing over these wheels but eventually went for then when they were on a good discount and I do not regret it at all! I wanted a set of wheel that where light and a good step up from my standard stock wheels I had before but I did not want anything aero or too fancy that no longer looks like normal wheels. These have been a great choice, seem to roll much better then my other wheels and I have certainly got better up those hills. Go for it if you have the money!

Great wheels
This my second pair of these wheels. I am so impressed by their strength and lightness. Their weight is less than many other wheels costing much more. They are very durable. I have clocked around 15000 miles on my first pair.
With internal spoke nipples I think their aerodynamic qualities are as good as many deeper rimmed wheels.
I have raced Criteriums on on them, ridden many Sportives and climbed(and descended) Alpine and Pyrenean peaks. The old wheels still perform faultlessly.

Brilliant climbing wheel
Typically great wheel from Campagnolo. I used this wheelset in a thread sportive in France and it flew up the mountains.

Great climbing wheelset
Bought these wheels to go on a Ti build, they roll really well, nice and light for climbing and typical Campag quality.
Only gripe is that getting my Conti GP4000s II tyres were very hard to mount, but these wheels are renowned for this.

Great wheels but I miss the clicking!
I have a previous version of the Neutrons on another bike, so didn't really have any reservations about buying the updated set. The wheels seem well made, and they are lighter than the older version. The one downside for me is that they no longer have the 'clicky' freehub, so my rides are disappointingly quiet. (I realise I may be in the minority here ;-) )

Top Notch
This is the 2nd pair I've owned - last pair have done circa 25000 miles and not skipped a beat. Nice and light and oh so strong....I only bought another set as they were on offer at Wiggle at an amazing price - my original pair are still going strong to be honest. A really good, non nonsense, light set of wheels with a decent braking surface!

Excellent Upgrade
I upgraded these wheels from standard (cheap) stock specialized wheels on my tarmac.
Same route was 1.4mph quicker.
Main difference is hills, they just roll better.
Also a lot more stable than my old ones

Still the best Alloy rim I've ridden
I've ridden on neutrons for a couple of years. Compared to other rims they are difficult to fit tyre's too...sometimes very difficult. But, that said, the tyre stretches after the initial fitting and you're rewarded with a very comfortable, reliable wheel that is great for climbing and fantastic to descend on. My new bike came with ZIPP 30 wheels...what rubbish. Fitted the Neutrons and my Wilier was transformed. I've ridden several alloy rims and Neutrons are my favorite.

Great Wheels
Just recently my local bike shop told me my 10 year old Neutron wheels were wearing out. By coincidence I saw these on sale and got a set. They were delivered surprizingly quickly and came with bags and QR skewers. These are such good wheels and the new ones keep the same profile and no nonsense look of the earlier wheels. Yet the ultras are a little lighter and benefit from about 10 years of development. And, as an additional benefit, the noise from the rear hub while resting on the pedals is much reduced from the older hubs. Nice wheels.

Excellent All-Around Wheelset - Great Value
It was time for me to upgrade from worn out 10 year old Campy Protons that I loved. The Neutrons were the logical choice. I wanted a wheel that was durable, comfortable, good for climbing, fast and light. I trust they will be as bomb-proof as my old Protons were. After the first several rides I can safely say they are smooth, fast, handle crisply and love to accelerate. They are a good choice for the hilly terrain that covers the SF Bay Area. They are noticeably stiffer, but not harsh, than my old wheels but that's not too surprising. I am running them with the new Vredestein Senso All Weather in size 25 at 105 psi. I will report back in another few months after pounding out many more miles on these gems. The Wiggle price point represented an outstanding value in my opinion.

Bought 2 pairs of Neutron Ultra in addition to the existing pair which I have owned and use regularly for the past three years
Changed the stainless steel bearings to Campagnolo ceramic bearings.
Not exactly the bling-est of wheels, but rolls along superbly!

Weighed in a couple of grams under the stated weight and have them fitted with a KCNC cassette and Vittoria Evo cx - lovely light wheels that track beautifully with little evidence of flex. Brilliant

Good lightweight wheels
These have been an excellent set of wheels for me, no problems. They have run true and smooth for 6000 miles and have only needed a small service for the free hub (which I did my self using the straightforward instructions). The low profile looks great. I would recommend.
