Yes, as long as they are ultra torque cranks. Just installed them with my 10-speed Record UT cranks and they fit and work perfectly.

Hi I am converting a Pinarello F3-13 with Ultegra (2008) groupset to the new Chorus 11 spd one.
Do i get the English BB Cups or the Italian (Italian Bike Italian thread???)

I found a single website which listed the 2008 F3-13 as using a 36 mm x 24 tpi thread Italian bottom bracket. I can't confirm if the site is correct but this is the only information I could find at this time.

is right hand cup if italian a left hand thread? ie. undoes clockwise

With the "Italian" option, both drive and non-drive sides are a right hand thread - tightens clockwise and removes counter-clockwise
