Description

The Castelli Spettacolo ROS Gloves are the very best choice for cool to cold cycling conditions. With blue skies and cold crisp temperatures in the forecast, the PrimaLoft® Gold insulation provides an outstanding level of warmth and yet it’s incredibly light and bulk-free. Perfect for a cycling glove where dexterity is important.

If you’re unlucky enough to see some damp conditions, road spray kicked up from the group or a period of light rain, then the water-repellent finish will keep you comfortable. A silicone grip keeps you firmly in control through wet and dry riding and the touchscreen fingertip keeps you in control of tech. Lastly, a YKK® water-repellent zipper makes them easy to peel off at the end of a ride.

While not the glove for persistent rain it’s brilliant for ever-changing road and weather conditions and cold temperatures. The type of conditions we all see most during our winter of bike riding.

Returns

We will happily refund any item purchased on Wiggle if returned to us within 365 days; excluding Wiggle gift vouchers, nutrition and customised products, except when faulty.

Please note: Bikes and other bulky items cannot be returned using our local returns service (where applicable). Please contact us and we can arrange to collect these from you using our discounted courier rates. There is a fee for all collections, except for faulty products.

Returned goods must be unused and supplied with their original packaging, unless the goods are faulty. Wiggle will pay the return postage costs for any faulty items.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fits like a glove... At the end of last year, as the days got cold I realised in my last outdoor ride in October I didn’t really have much in the way of colder riding gear... Gloves were on the wish list and I was waiting for the new year sales... I had some gloves that did the job but felt loose and made my hands feel clumsy around the bars. These Castelli gloves are a great fit and don’t feel like they’ve doubled my hand size. Warm and wind proof as I’d hoped, I don’t ride in the wet but I imagine if I did I’d not have to worry about slipping off the bars with the level of grip built in. Really glad I bought these, a great addition to the cycling wardrobe.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from NOT WATERPROOF Used these for a month. Positive - Quite warm Negative - Not waterproof at all. Rode for 2 hours in the wet and they were soaked through. Ive sent back as at this price should be better

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Warm, finally a glove for long fingers These are really good gloves for those with longer fingers. I really struggle to find gloves that are not too short in the finger, so it was a great relief to find a set of winter gloves with decent length. The measurement guide says XL would fit my hand but my old Castelli general gloves were XXL so I went for that and they fit perfectly. Not had a long ride in the rain yet, but they're excellent on cold and windy rides. They keep hands warm, so definitely not a general purpose glove but are good winter choice.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A tad expensive but worth it Bought these for use between 4 -10c, which is too cold for my Infinium gloves and too warm for my Gore Thermo gloves and they are perfect this. The zip and non clingy liner make taking off/putting on a breeze - even in damp conditions, they are totally windproof and also resistant to heavy showers. The liner is luxuriously soft and not at all bulky and the silicone pads are nice and grippy. For ref. the size chart is spot on.
