Can cateye rear carrier mount be used?

Hi, I would like to mount this light onto my pannier rack. Is this possible with the cateye rear carrier mounting sold separately?

Can I mount this on a aero seat post??

Do I need a reflector with this

I was going to attach it to the rear Lanier rack in place of the reflector... Or can you suggest an alternative connection or light with reflector? Thanks.

Does this clip onto a saddle bag please?

Can this be fixed to rear seat stay

Not possible to fit to seat post. Saddle so low will be obscured by rear wheel.
