    Completely redeveloped over two years, the new Aeron Rain Defence Collection takes protection from the rain, road spray and other foul weather to the next level. Using technologies from the world’s leading fabric mills, this new collection is a massive leap forward for dhb.

    Made from a super-stretch fabric the leg warmers give a close fit, and thanks to the lightweight material used, they can be made with fewer seams meaning even greater comfort. Silicone-backed elasticated grippers continue this theme of a comfortable fit and ensure that the warmers stay snugly in place throughout your ride.

    We will happily refund any item purchased on Wiggle if returned to us within 365 days; excluding Wiggle gift vouchers, nutrition and customised products, except when faulty.

    Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not the same as the old version Bought these in 2017 and loved them. They had a windstopper front, no fleece lining and felt excellent to use in rain. These are fleece lined and does not appear to have a windstopper front. These also lack the gripper silicone on the outside on the upper part of the leg and also on the lower cuff, which the old versions had. So I was a disappointed that these were so different (in a worse way) to the old version (that had the exact same name). Other than that they do their job of keeping you warm, but I don't know why they are called "rain defence" to be honest.

    Q & A

    What thigh and ankle circumference do the sizes relate to, as the opening widths seem small without knowing the degree of stretch in the fabric.

    These are quite stretchy, I own a set in Large. Mine would start around at the ankle bone to about halfway up my thigh. best to measure and see what you think would be the best fit for yourself. remember you don't want something too tight as it may be uncomfortable.
