Great fit and extremely comfortable.
Great fit, comfortable for long bike rides (50 miles).

the neckholder is really easy to take off, and does not hurt when it's on.
the seat pad is rather thin, which I like, it absorbs sweat well, and helps with a nice riding experience also for your butt ;)
I am 1,70m and about 72kg (a lot of it is muscle, but not all), and the shorts in size 16 fit comfortably

Convenient time saver and comfy - buy these!
I love these shorts. The design makes loo stops so much quicker, especially when wet and sweaty! No more peeling off your shirt and fighting with sticky wet straps. I have bibs with better padding (Sportful) - hence the 4 stars - but I rode the RideLondon 100 miles in them this year and was not too adversely affected. They saved me heaps of time in the portaloos and I never once had to worry about dropping the contents of my pockets in the bowl! The halterneck design is very comfortable - I didn't have any problems around the neck at all. I looked carefully at the sizing guide and went with my measurements rather than just buying my usual off the peg size and they fitted really well (I'd usually buy a 12 but got a 14). The legs are not too tight around my cyclists thighs and they cling on just enough without being uncomfortably sticky. I chose the blue which is not as bright as the pictures make it look, and I saw others wearing the pink which is more like a dusty salmon colour. All in all they are an amazing product which offer great performance, fit and convenience despite being a little lightly padded for my needs.

Comfortable cycling shorts - upto 100k fine.
This is my second pair of the halterneck bib shorts. Bib shorts are much more comfortable than waist shorts and the halterneck design makes them much more convenient for pit stops!
I'm an 8 in usual clothes but 10 fits well - usual for sizing to be slightly smaller in cycling gear.

Very comfortable shorts and stretchy halter neck strap. No seams irritate and they feel very lightweight on.
23 August 2016
The pad was very comfortable but unfortunately after just 1 short ride of 10 miles the material near the knee has gone all pulled and bobbled and it will only be a matter of time before it develops into a hole. Very disappointed

I really wanted to like these shorts. The promise of a no-fuss comfort stop was very appealing and the shorts would match a jersey I purchased earlier in the year (unfortunately dhb are no longer making the regular aeron pro bib shorts with the coloured legs).
As soon as I tried these shorts on I knew they would be no good. I'm 5'6" with a reasonably longish body and I'm always a size 12 in dhb clothing. The shorts felt tighter than my other dhb aeron pro shorts, but not uncomfortably so. However, the halterneck strap put pressure on the back of my neck. Not alot, but enough that it was irritating, and I know that after 3 or 4 hours riding it would ache and be unbearable. Also, the bib shorts don't seem to come up so high around the waist, which I didn't like. Finally, trying to pull the shorts down without removing the halterneck, as you're meant to do for comfort stops, puts you into a weird crouch position that is very uncomfortable. And trying to get back into them afterwards isn't the no-fuss operation that was promised either. All in all, very disappointing.
I'm going to be sticking with my regular, and very very comfortable, dhb bib shorts. Hopefully Wiggle will start making these with the coloured legs again as I do like to co-ordinate my colours!

Halterneck works a treat!
Great shorts, the halter neck works really well and it's great to be able to go to the toilet without having to get undressed! I only give it 4 stars because I find the pad is not as comfortable on long rides as my morvelo shorts.

Better for shorter rides
I bought these for the halter-neck feature – a brilliant idea for loo stops. Definitely more comfortable on the bike that off (of course), however after a few hours it does begin to get quite heavy around the shoulders. So I wouldn't recommend these for really long rides.
Fit wise, these were bought based on an older pair of dhb bibs (same chamois and I thought the same version with an upgrade) thinking they'd be as comfy. Unfortunately they aren't – for whatever reason, the fit just isn't the same. Again, okay for shorter rides.
I think you'll know if they are comfy or not from the moment they're on – I foolishly thought it would get better as I wore them but alas this isn't the case. I don't think I'll buy halter neck bibs again because of the neck pressure.

Comfortable and practical shorts
Excellent fit, comfortable in both the halterneck and the padding, have cycled 100 miles in them in one go and they remained comfortable. Would highly recommend them!

Finally found my perfect pair of shorts!
The "halter" idea for a pair of women's bibs intrigued me so I decided to give these shorts a try and I am so happy I did! As a former competitor, I definitely prefer the comfort and fit of bibs but as I predominately ride with men, over the years, the traditional pit stop (especially riding with winter duds) pushed me to find a pair of non-bib shorts to make my life easier. These shorts provide a bib fit and comfort yet provide easy access for pit stops, coffee breaks etc. The halter does not pull on the neck but if you do feel it, be sure to check that your shorts are pulled up enough. The material is agreeable to wear, grips great yet comfortable on the leg (especially if you want to hike them up a bit on the leg to avoid a visible tan line with skirts, shorts, dresses). They look great on and I find that the "essential" areas remain cool when riding for 5h plus rides in the heat. I am since ordered another pair. The only draw back I find is the color choice for women. I am a woman NOT an Easter egg! But thank you for at least making a white and black pair. How about some other primary colors instead of pastels.

Brought these shorts hoping to upgrade from my DHB Aeron Shorts that i've been using for over a year. The padding to the touch seems very good but practically i feel it does not provide much comfort from my saddle in the same way my cheaper shorts do, the heavy stitching on the inside causes chaffing, along with the texture of the pad.
The halterneck digs and chafes against the back of my neck and after a long ride leaves it quite sore, especially when i get into the shower.
In terms of going to the toilet, you can pull these bibs down but the halterneck is strained and you end up with your neck being pulled down towards your knees which is, again, quite uncomfortable.
I'm normally a size 10 and ordered size 12 just for the added room, so i doubt this is a case of the shorts being too small for me.
With a little trial and error Dhb can improve this design. If i could order again i would have chosen the standard over the shoulders bib design.

Great Fit Great Price
I have been using them for 40 mile ride on Marthas Vineyard. 75% in the saddle. Very comfortable, no issues. No sausage legs either, flattering fit.

Not great on the neck if you're tall
They are comfortable on the seat and look good, BUT they pull on my neck.
On the first ride with them I had a neck ache for a couple of days after, I've tried again with the same result, so now I have to wear them with the neck bit off, tucked at the back.
I'm 5ft10, 66kg and ordered a M size, apart from the neck issue they look good, and are comfortable on long rides.
I imagine they're great for shorter people, so don't be put off, but we aware if you're tall.

Comfy, light and easy to go to the loo!
These have become my go to bib shorts now, no longer to I need to take everything off to go to the loo on a long ride!! Super comfy and doesn't pull on your neck.
07 July 2016
These shorts are brilliant, over last month have done several longish rides up to 75 miles and not a twinge of pain! Last year I had the dhb Aeron pro clip 3/4s - good but still hurt after about 30 miles, so whatever's new in the pad design definitely works for me.
My hips are couple of inches larger than max sizing indicates but still fit fine and about as flattering as a short is going to get (so not very but better than a lot of others).
The halter neck is a bonus for quick stops, is comfy and don't notice while cycling (I'm 5'6''). Will be purchasing longer version when it comes out in Autumn most likely.

comfortable and practical
Buying cycling shorts is never easy, and you never really know if they are going to work for you. I think these will be quite comfortable for long rides after I have worn them a few times. The halter neck certainly makes things a lot easier when you need to take them off!

these are the best bib shorts I have ever worn
great fit, very comfortable and look good too... The halterneck really does make problematic comfort breaks a thing of the past, brilliant design, hope there a winter version available!

Newbie to cycling but found very comfortable for mid distances.
comfy and easy to go to the toilet without having to undress.

fab bib shorts
i bought these shorts on the recommendation of the dhb products from friends. I wanted them for long rides and easy toilet stops. They do not dissappoint. I was dubious about the halterneck but its comfortable and easy to get on and off mid ride if needed.
The padding is very comfortable for long rides, the leg grippers are soft and do not give sausage legs.
Great product, wears well, very comfortable and washes well also.

great fit and comfortable
these are my first bib shorts and i love them. Very comfortable, good fit,
06 June 2016
Had bib shorts before (but with "y" fastening at the front) - I have a neck problem (2 repaired discs in neck) so was apprehensive about purchasing these in case of pressure on the top of my spine.....had no issue at all as the material around the neck is very stretchy - rest of shorts fit as well as ever from this range, the padding took a ride to settle into my body shape but all round a good buy
05 June 2016
comfortable and functional
The reasons for wearing a bib is the comfort. no waist band rise up and down. but for women to go to the loo means completely stripping to get the bibs off.
the Halter neck provides a quick to drop the bibs.
Simply pull the halter neck over your head and pull down through the jersey.
when finished at the loo break reverse.

First bib shorts!
I decided to buy some bib shorts as my usual shorts, I mostly mountain bike, had not been very comfy on my road bike, I was a bit concerned about having bib shorts but I needn't have worried. The first outing was the 81 mile Caledonian Etape and they were brilliant, very comfy and no worries about calls of nature, no undressing, the shorts easily pulled down.
I would recommend these shorts.

Halter neck not comfortable - too short
The shorts part was very comfy, but the halter neck pulled on the back of my neck. Maybe if it was much longer it would be ok.
Shame, because the look of the product was great, and I loved the shorts part.

My wife loves them
Bought these for my wife, she was dubious about the halter neck at first but it doesn't dig in at all, padding is comfortable. She really appreciated the design while we were watching the recent Tour De Yorkshire, it was freezing and wet and she was so so glad she didn't have to strip off to perform her "doings"

Really good quality! have just purchased a second pair.

These are so comfortable
I have tried other makes but these bib shorts are by far the best. They are so comfortable to wear, I think of thought has gone into the design to make a pair of bib shorts that actually fit women. They are true to size. The halter neck feature is a brilliant idea and it does not pull on the neck at all. I can really recommend these

Ordered these and arrived in good time. Managed to try them at the weekend and they are great, I am 5'3 and the length is just right on the leg, they are about 9 inches long. The fit is great, I've got a size 10. The halterneck is a fab idea as well for toilet breaks. The shorts have a large pad and very comfortable to wear.
19 April 2016
Great fit, looks good and works
When they arrived, I wasn't too sure about the halterneck on these shorts - I was worried that the strap, being super flexible, would't be sufficient to hold the shorts in place and that it might pull on the back of my neck. It turns out that neither of these were issues at all! I barely felt the strap on my neck and when out on a long ride they didn't move an inch. And the halterneck really does stretch enough to enable a super quick and discrete toilet stop.
I'm 5'9" and the size 10 fit really well and looked good on (or as good as bib shorts can look anyway!).
04 April 2016
The video shows that its possible to make a toilet stop without removing the neck strap at all, as its supposed to be stretchy enough to do this. Has anyone actually tried this in real life? I am 160cm tall (5ft 3in) and I've never worn bib shorts but this might just convince me to try.
The pad in these is just about the comfiest thing I've ever used, and I want to get summer shorts with the same pad. In the description for the Roubaix tights linked above, it says they use a "Tour HP Air chamois". Is it the same thing on these Halterneck bib shorts? The description here says "Super Air".
There are so many different types of pad and the descriptions use different words when it's the same thing, so I want to be sure before I spend the money. Can anyone from Wiggle advise?
