Over its 18 years of production the V12 has become recognized as the benchmark for flat pedal performance. For 2014 we took our iconic V12 body design and redefined it. Here’s how it’s better than before:
LARGER PLATFORM AREA The new V12 [Mg] offers 10% more surface area than the classic shape. This means better grip and also support for rougher conditions and bigger hits.
LOWER PROFILE At just 16mm deep the V12 [Mg] is as slim as we could go whilst still retaining our legendary concave feel.
LIGHTER WEIGHT There is a 20% weight saving from the last V12 [Mg] weighing just 350g.

After well over a decade of the old design, the new V12's are like bumping into a fat kid from school and finding he's now an athlete. The familiar concave platform is wider but a very slim 350g, and just 17mm of depth means much better clearance than the chunky originals. The 10 threaded pins per side are removable and grip is excellent. Performance is almost as good as DMR's machined Vaults, and while these cast bodies don't look as good, they're cheaper and lighter.
In conclusion...
An excellent upgrade to a classic pedal at a great price.

Very good pedals lighter than the standard V12Very good pedals had a few pairs of these now, good weight not too big and like all dmr pedals good quality. Only downside is the paint does come off in time but for sub £50 by far the best pedals available, look good in black and you can tell they are the Magnesium version by the gold on the side.

A beautifully engineered pair of pedalsThese are fitted to my wife's hybrid and she loves them. They have a large comfortable platform for the foot, plus screw in pins which prevent foot slippage. They are a work of art, with the chassis being constructed in magnesium alloy. The pedals also have, very smooth sealed, no maintenance cartridge bearings, which should last for a very long time indeed. The finish of the pedals is superb, as it should for an expensive up market product. Fine pedals

Superb qualityI normally ride clips, but these made the shortlist having been recommended by my lbs. They do not disappoint, in the magnesium they are extremely light, look & feel great & offer high levels of grip in what has so far been wet, muddy cold conditions.
Only one pedal is shown in the picture but would I receive a pair for the price shown?

Are the grey version painted or just base metal?

Weight Discrepancy!
Are these pedals 350g as is? Another well known online cycle store states that these are 434g as is and can be reduced to 354g when fitted with an optional and expensive titanium axle.
Therefore, are you supplying the said titanium axle free of charge to allow for your stated 350g?
