All Round Weather Protection And Visibility

Whether you commute everyday or simply ride for pleasure the Luminite II jacket will keep you weather protected and highly visible on the road. For low light riding Endura make use of extensive reflective detailing on the sleeves as well as front and rear panels. You also have a built in rear LED light, with 3 modes, that raises your visibility still further.

This mid-weight jacket is also waterproof and windproof using a 2.5 layer fabric that is fully seam sealed so you remain dry and comfortable in all weathers. A mesh lining helps wick sweat away as you build up warmth so you'll always remain feeling dry inside and out. You'll also find zipped underarm vents so you can increase air circulation if you find yourself a bit too warm.

Luminite II LED Unit

The updated Endura Luminite LED unit now emits 8 times more lumens than before. It offers 3 phases of flash frequency and can operate for up to 50hrs on the single coin cell battery. The Luminite LED has a twist stud attachment which allows it to be interchanged between different Luminite products and makes it simple to detach for washing the garment. On certain garments it is housed behind a soft clear silicone hood which protects it from backpack damage and prevents you losing it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by 19paul67 from Excellent but expensive First major test with this jacket tonight. pouring with rain surface water (rivers) and i did not get wet in the slightest. i like this jacket for its lightness, easy to pack into my rucksack or in the back of my windchill jacket.. i wear this with a base layer and a windchill jacket. with that trio thats more than enough for me on a 5 mile commute. i bought the large, normally i am a medium. i must admit when i tried it on i thought that the arms were long, however when you wrap the cuffs over your gloves they dont ride up so creates a really good seal. The velcro cuffs are not the traditional type of hook and loop velcro and work a lot better they dont open up.

Rated 4 out of 5 by ajw10 from A nice jacket A good jacket although much warmer than I was hoping, even with the under-arm vents open. I previously had a Gore bike jacket and this was much lighter/cooler. The luminite bit is a good idea though I would prefer if the light used rechargeable batteries. Mine was left on itself on unnoticed so the battery was flat when I came to use it. 50p for a new battery every time this happens!
