    Description

    Dual-Function

    The dual-function design of the Axis Buoy improves body position while building upper body strength and engaging the core muscles. With ergonomic keyholes and a contoured design, the Axis Buoy can function as both an ankle float and a leg buoy. The lightweight EVA foam is lightly textured for a more secure grip and allows swimmers to easily transfer the buoy between ankles and legs.

    Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pull buoy as a Kickboard This pull buoy is used by placing it on the ankle or thigh. It can also be used as a kickboard on your wrist. It helps strengthen the core. It seems to be helpful for freestyle, backstroke, and butterfly. The S size seems to be good for children and small women (thin ankles) to use.

    Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good if you are a balanced swimmer. A novel idea which is of limited help. I bought a large but this float is still too small for larger calves. I am 185cm and 78kg, so not excessively large in size! In use the float puts strain on the lower back and rubs around the ankles. Probably better for expert swimmers to help finesse rather than average swimmers who wish to keep more stable leg kick.
