great piece of kit for correcting position
slightly odd sensation at first, but lifts the feet helping to correct sinking legs.... Also functions as a standard pull buoy.

Best Buoy I have used
Much better than traditional buoys. No need to push your legs together and floating is better since it attached to your ankles. I have used several other buoys from other vendors but this is simply the easiest to use.

Great product for training
I think a lot of swimmers have issues keeping their legs up when swimming. Pull Buoys can help, but this product holds your ankles together, high in the water and makes you work your upper body stroke more. This also works as a Pull Buoy by the way! As a result of using this, my crawl has improved, and the extra pace in the water is helping me keep my legs up!
