Hardly even notice themThese earplugs are conveniently labelled Right and Left to sit comfortably inside the ear without bulk and annoying protrusions rubbing against the swim cap, like some others I've tried. They provide a good seal without cutting off sounds. I can hear normally with them in, and it's easy to forget I'm even wearing them.
