Shaping the shoe’s upper around the foot for a precise, comfortable fit, Fizik have also included two micro-adjustable Boa IP1-B dials to allow for adaptable fitting on the go. Eliminating pressure points, the intensity of your ride can stay high from the first pedal until the last.

    We will happily refund any item purchased on Wiggle if returned to us within 365 days; excluding Wiggle gift vouchers, nutrition and customised products, except when faulty.

    Please note: Bikes and other bulky items cannot be returned using our local returns service (where applicable). Please contact us and we can arrange to collect these from you using our discounted courier rates. There is a fee for all collections, except for faulty products.

    Returned goods must be unused and supplied with their original packaging, unless the goods are faulty. Wiggle will pay the return postage costs for any faulty items.

    Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bemused I downloaded the Fizik foot measuring guide template from their website. I drew all the right lines and referred to their table of sizes. I determined that a size 41 would be more than sufficient for my normal width foot. This is despite my normal shoe size being 43-44. I placed my ordered and waited. The shoes arrived. I tried them on. The box said 41, as ordered. But the shoe was at least two inches too short for my foot to fit inside. What a pointless exercise and a total waste of time. I am unlikely to ever purchase a Fizik product again.

    Rated 3 out of 5 by from Quality not there, high hidden costs Great concept, like the Shimano Sphyre, and very attractive appearance. The quality of seams and stitching and materials feel average. The rear sole plates (replaceable) are a hard plastic and feel very slippery, I can easily imagine not getting far walking with these at rest stops. I was hoping for more padding on the underside of the tongue, to cushion any hot spots. They were on sale, but were heavily taxed upon import in Canada (40%) without any invoice from the shipper or Wiggle as to what the charges were so I can't relay any further information on that. Probably not an issue in other countries but be aware when ordering. I would not recommend this item or experience.

    Sizing ?

    Hi, your sizing recommendation is different from the fizik sizing chart. I usually need a 270mm length (Sidi 43, Shimano 42.5). Should I go for 42 or 42.5 ? Thanks

    We have been recommended for Fizik to advise choosing your standard shoe size and to refer to the unique sizing guide. They are true size like Shimano, I'd recommend you the 42.5 size.

    Is the cleat position the same as other manufacturers

    I’ve recently purchase the Fizik R1 Infinitio shoes and have noticed that the cleat position is further forward than my old shoes (Scott). I’m getting pain in my knee even though I have align the cleat as my old shoes, but want to know if the cleat position was causing this pain

    Sorry to hear of the issue. Optimum cleat positioning is crucial. Every shoe will be a little different due to different stack heights and shapes. Obtaining perfect alignment is key to achieving better power outputs and a pain free ride. Poor alignment will more than likely result in knee, feet and hip pains.
