Our customer service team are standing by to help you, seven days a week. We are taking extra precautions to protect our distribution teams in light of the current Coronavirus pandemic. They are doing a fantastic job in getting orders dispatched as quickly as possible, but we are experiencing a much higher demand than normal and, as a result, your order take a little longer than usual to process. You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched. Our delivery partners are also taking precautionary steps to protect their staff and our customers. While the vast majority of parcels are being delivered on time, some delays may occur. We ask that you check your parcel tracking for the latest information direct from the courier.

In order to support our Customer Service team during this exceptionally busy period, we ask that you to allow additional time for your order to be delivered. If you still require assistance, please complete the form below and we’ll be in touch as soon as we can. We are currently responding to emails within 4-6 days. If you haven't received a response within this time-frame, please check your junk/spam folder and we kindly ask that you do not send us a further email as this will only delay our response to you.
