Wiggle started out as Butlers Cycles, a small independent bike shop established in Portsmouth, UK in 1920. In 1999, Butlers Cycles went online with the launch of wiggle.co.uk.

By focusing on providing unmatched value and great customer service, Wiggle rapidly took off in the UK and soon began expanding around the globe. We have now grown to become a global leader in the online retail of equipment for cycling, running and swimming, selling to over 70 countries in 10 languages and 14 currencies.

We occupy over 85,000 sq. ft. of warehouse space and stock over 2 million items!

Customer Service Adviser Product Expert

Job Title:  Customer Service Advisor - Product Expert

Do you understand the importance of outstanding customer service?

As a customer service bike product expert you will be representing Wiggle, assisting and advising customers via Live Chat, Email and Phone with the highest degree of courtesy and provide detailed product information, recommendations and resolving issues.

What will I be doing?

Working as part of the customer service team you will be responsible for helping maintaining Wiggle’s global service levels across all media and contact types. Supporting customers via contact sources of pre-sale, during-sale and after-sale queries related to all products, brands and services.

What hours will I work?

2 Week rotating shift pattern

Week 1 and 2: 06:00 – 14:00

Week 3 and 4: 14:00 – 22:00

1 in 3 weekends, shifts between 10:00 – 18:00

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Ensure customer queries are answered promptly and completely via both Chat and Email
  • Offer technical support on the whole Wiggle product range, with the objective of ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Calling customers when they request a call back service to provide detailed product information and recommendations and resolve issues.
  • Ensure that all communications with customers are conducted in a professional and courteous manner
  • Offering alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Monitoring, responding and resolving customer queries on Social media
  • Monitoring and responding to customers product reviews and questions across various platforms
  • Any other Customer service related task

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • Show a sound knowledge of bikes/parts with an eagerness to further advance this knowledge in respect to Tri-sports equipment and products.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail and aiming for excellence in delivery
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced office environment as part of a professional team

UI Designer

Job Title:  UI Designer

WiggleCRC are looking to recruit an experienced UI Designer to join the ride!

What will you be doing?

You will be responsible for contributing to the development of the User Interface across all customer contact points at WiggleCRC with the aim of creating a seamless and consistent design language across each of the individual company brands.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate design rationale and approach and how it relates to research findings, brand requirements and user needs. Prototype concepts from those designs for validation through testing.
  • Follow, contribute and maintain a shared design language system for each of our brands, for reuse across our digital platforms.
  • Design for mobile, tablet and desktop (device agnostic) using responsive web design and mobile first techniques.
  • Participate in and contribute to design critiques and post project reviews
  • Promote discourse about good design as a positive impact on the user. Promote UI within the company, especially around the design language systems that we create and maintain for the company to use.
  • Constantly review new developments within the design industry, identifying new trends in user interface design, industry tooling, and design processes. Be able to understand which parts of the design to retain and which to improve upon.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of previous User Interface Design
  • Proven ability to use various design tools such as Figma (would be our preferred choice) to create component libraries for design systems
  • Design system experience essential. Atomic Design systems, working with application like Adobe DSM, ZeroHeight
  • Good working knowledge of UX and Interaction Design
  • Previous experience iterating on high-fidelity mock-ups.
  • Previous experience working in an Agile environment with e-commerce industry knowledge would be highly advantageous.

 

Salesforce Lead Technical Developer

Job Title: Salesforce Technical Lead

Location: Portsmouth or Belfast

WiggleCRC are looking to recruit an experienced Salesforce Developer to join the team in either our Portsmouth or Belfast office.

The Salesforce Tech Lead will effectively own the relationship with our Salesforce Account Team and will work to ensure we are using the tools within Salesforce effectively and that we have the right integrations to enable successful execution of cross-channel customer communications. The SPM will also oversee the build & delivery of all trade related emails across Chain Reaction Cycles and Wiggle.

What will you be doing?

  • Manage a team of CRM / Email Developers
  • Lead development and delivery of all trade emails for Chain Reaction Cycles and Wiggle
  • Maintain and develop strong links to Chain Reaction Cycles and Wiggle Brand Marketing teams to ensure trade and brand position requirements are met
  • Work closely with the Customer Journey Manager to structure and execute cross-channel communications to achieve the defined KPIs
  • Clearly define data requirements to enable execution of Customer Journey roadmap. Working closely with Marketing Data & Analytics to create data requirement briefs
  • Push our use of Marketing Tech to increase relevancy and personalistion
  • Own SMS, APP and further channel integrations / audience sharing to 3rd party marketing platforms
  • Have a clear understanding of the customer journey roadmap and work to configure the marketing technology to ensure delivery of same
  • Ensuring data tracking and tagging requirements are met
  • Working with our deliverability partners to maintain top delivery rates for all email campaigns

Who are we looking for?

  • 2+ years using an enterprise email marketing platform. Salesforce preferred.
  • Proven experience in creating, scheduling, testing, and executing one-time and automated email campaigns
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, ability to use data to develop and measure marketing campaigns. You must be very comfortable using data to make recommendations and drive decisions • Comfortable using and editing HTML, AMPScript / Java
  • Experience working with enterprise level email service providers such as IBM Marketing Cloud, Salesforce etc.
  • Sound knowledge of email best practices, industry trends, and laws regarding email communication (GDPR)
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including a strong working knowledge of Excel. • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems
  • Experience in B2C marketing • Experience using SQL and similar queries to analyse data
  • Additional languages are a plus
  • Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Systems Administrator

Job Title:  Systems Administrator

WiggleCRC are looking to recruit an experience Systems Administrator to be based at our distribution centre in Bilston or our Head office in Portsmouth.

What will you be doing?

As a Systems Administrator you will manage and maintain IT services and network installations in WiggleCRC offices and be a 3rd line technical resource. Provide technical advice, implement industry best practices and take a technical role within the team. 

Supporting the Wiggle business in the maintenance and upkeep of existing IT infrastructure, IT applications, IT equipment and Telecoms services. 

Responsible for ensuring IT can meet all SLAs for incidents, requests and up time for any services that are time dependent and are also responsible for ensuring that the critical infrastructure which underpins the business is highly available and able to support business needs. The team maintains, supports and monitors all aspects of WiggleCRC infrastructure. Members of the team must be security aware and be cognizant of the risks and threats encountered in today’s IT landscape. They ensure that the estate is secure and compliant with policy and are also involved in website process management, deployment and change management. 

Your key Accountabilities will  be to:

  • To Support, Maintain and Monitor a diverse range of server and Network infrastructure. 
  • Work well within a team, with strong customer focus, and sense of ownership. 
  • Able to create and collaborate with others. 
  • Creation and maintenance of technical documentation. 
  • Fulfil a technical role in the IT Services team, providing knowledge-transfer to team-members when experience dictates. 
  • Liaising with 3rd party vendors and managed service partners to deliver a highly available always-on service. 
  • Managing incidents, service requests and following the change management process for Production Services team. 
  • Maintaining a high level of availability of services and minimising the risk of exposure to system downtime through continual monitoring of key systems. 
  • Making recommendations for system improvements optimizations and efficiencies.  

Experience:

eCommerce background will be highly regarded. With Specific, area’s around ERP (Oracle), Warehouse Management (RedPrarie) and/or Commerce (CommerceTools). 

  • Good Cloud Technology Experience in Platforms such as: Azure, GCP or OCI 
  • Both Linux and Windows Server Knowledge 
  • Knowledge and Understanding Standard Infrastructure Technologies. Including, but not limited to: Virtualisation, Backup, Storage, Active Directory, Monitoring, Certification Authorities etc. 
  • Knowledge and understanding of standard Networking concepts. Including but not limited to: Layer 3 Routing protocols, routing protocols and IPSec/SSL VPN, Network Loadbalancing and Loadsharing, Basic Layer 2/Layer 3 troubleshooting commands and how to use them. etc 
  • Working knowledge of REST APIs 
  • Experience supporting message queuing systems 
  • Other key areas SSH, GIT, Packer, Terraform, Power Platform, Ansible, Automation 

Qualifications:

Batchelors Degree in Computer Science or a related field, and/or relevant work experience/qualifications.

UX Designer

Job Title:  UX Designer

WiggleCRC are looking to recruit an experienced UX Designer to join the ride!

What will you be doing?

You will be responsible for the UX design and actionable customer research across allocated workstreams for both Wiggle & CRC. You will identify customer pain points through quantitative and qualitative methods and propose solutions that always promote user needs that drive business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Working in cross functional workstreams and contributing towards shared annual and quarterly goals through delivering high quality design and research. Influencing product roadmaps and working closely with Product Owners and technical teams to achieve success.
  • Produce and present a range of high-quality creative deliverables including wireframes, prototypes, user journeys and usability reviews. Being an advocate of mobile first design.
  • Delivering high quality actionable research that contributes to team goals and influences strategy and roadmap through highlighting opportunities and customer pain points. Being proactive and resourceful. Being an advocate for a test and learn approach to all design work.
  • Deliver designs which adhere to responsible accessible design standards, meeting the latest guidelines.
  • Proactively supporting the wider design workstreams on customer centric design best practice and getting buy in on better ways of working.

Experience:

  • Previous UX Design experience and best practices
  • Proficient in UX design and prototyping tools such as Axure, Figma
  • Experience in use of digital research tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, Usertesting.com or equivalents
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment

Service Desk Analyst

Job Title:  Service Desk Analyst  

Location:  Portsmouth 

Position type: Full time, Permanent 

WiggleCRC are looking to recruit a Service Desk Analyst to join the ride in our Portsmouth office!

The IT Service Desk are the first point of contact for all IT related incidents and requests and should endeavour to resolve issues at the first point of contact.

What will you be doing? 

You will co-ordinate the effort and manage the SLA for incidents, problems and requests from first point of contact to completion.  The role is accountable for accurate and timely updates from resolver teams, linking incidents to problems, identifying problem through trend analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the single routine contact point, receiving and handling requests for support to the Wiggle business.
  • Responds to a broad range of service requests for support by providing information to fulfil or enable resolution.
  • Provides first line investigation and diagnosis and promptly allocates unresolved issues as appropriate.
  • Provide cover for the IT Zone between the hours of 8am-6pm.
  • Liaise with 3rd party suppliers in line with all agreed support contracts
  • Contributes to the creation of support documentation.
  • Following agreed procedures, identifies, registers and categorises incidents. Gathers information to enable incident resolution and promptly allocates incidents as appropriate.   
  • Maintains records and advises relevant persons of action taken.
  • Monitors service delivery performance metrics and liaises with managers and customers to ensure that Service Level Agreements are not breached without stakeholders being given the opportunity of planning for a deterioration in service
  • Assists in the investigation and resolution of issues relating to applications.  Assists with specified maintenance procedures.
  • Receives and responds to routine requests for security support.  Maintains records and advises relevant persons of action taken.  Assists in investigation and resolution of issues relating to access controls and security systems. 
  • Ensures that the appropriate action is taken to anticipate, investigate and resolve problems in systems and services.  Ensures that such problems are fully documented within the ITSM Toolset.  Coordinates the implementation of agreed remedies and preventative measures.
  • Engages with IT Delivery and Technology streams to confirm that changed or new services meet the service acceptance criteria and the required standard.  Feeds into the change management processes.
  • Assist in identifying and implementing Service Improvements Supporting users at offices in various geographical locations. Travel may occasionally be required
  • ​The ideal candidate will have experience working in IT at either Service Desk level or Deskside Support. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone looking to use their skills in Powershell, Active Directory and SCCM, to make efficiencies and automate some of our manual processes. A proven ability in analysing and solving problems, through previous experience.

Experience: 

  • ITIL Foundation or Knowledge and understanding of ITIL framework.

Digital Marketing Analytics Manager

Job Title:  Digital Marketing Analytics Manager

Location:  Portsmouth or Belfast

As Digital Marketing Analytics Manager, you will drive best value to the business from our marketing technology and third-party suppliers. You will act as expert in the ecosystem across the business, and how our solutions play a part within that. You act as technical lead for our development projects.

 

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Digital Analytics Technical Team and Agency. Recruit, retain and develop talent

• Manage data, where that data is not feed into the corporate business intelligence solution

• Enable the business to embed analytics with each new project, development, partner, brand and product

• Complete advanced Google Analytics implementations using Google Tag Manager and building or spec’ing Data Layers

• Provide live access to real-time customer data • Practical appreciation for managing large datasets

• Write new tags in Google Tag Manager using JavaScript / JQuery to extract, modify and utilize information on a website

• Assist with reviewing requirements, creating spec’s, naming conventions and plans for appropriate tracking of client websites

• Troubleshoot existing set ups, providing solutions or implementing the updates required

• Audit Google Analytics set-ups to ensure accurate reporting

 

Who we are looking for:

• Experience with Google Tag Manager and/or other tag management platforms

• Best practice understanding of coding practices

Insights Manager

Job Title:  Insights Manager

Location:  Portsmouth or Belfast

WiggleCRC are looking to recruit an experienced Insights Manager to join the ride!

What will you be doing?

You will be responsible for defining and executing against a roadmap of customer insight projects for both the Wiggle and Chain Reaction brand as well as consulting and supporting our wider product marketing teams who deliver for DHB, Fohn, Nukeproof, Vitus and other own brands.

You will be brand tracking at group and campaign level as well as a number of customer insight projects to help to understand our customer groups, define opportunities for the business to grow and continue the refinement of our customer segmentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Own group level Brand tracking
  • Define a clear roadmap of customer research projects and execute against that
  • Be the single source of truth for audience segmentation and own the continual refinement of who these are by category
  • Present continual insights to the marketing and wider business teams to improve customer understanding

What will you be doing?

You will be responsible for defining the direction of marketing analytics and insight for both the Wiggle and Chain Reaction brand as well as consulting and supporting our wider product marketing teams who deliver for DHB, Fohn, Nukeproof, Vitus and other own brands.

Responsibilities:

  • Run the insights function, including data (requirements for tracking, insight and execution) via the analytics function within this team

What will you be doing

You will understand and operate within the agreed Merchandisers Range Framework, selecting the most appropriate suppliers, products, and negotiate industry leading prices and terms, and work with the Buying Assistant to set up all products with the correct data in a timely manner.

Responsibilities: 

  • Cost price negotiations
  • Supplier Terms / Deals negotiations
  • On Boarding new Suppliers, Brands and Products
  • Exiting poor selling / non profitable Suppliers, Brands and Products
  • Managing supplier relationships

Experience:

Group Head of Customer Services

WiggleCRC are looking to recruit a Group Head of Customer Services to lead the Wiggle and CRC Customer Services teams.

 

What will you be doing?

As Group Head of Customer Services, you will define, lead and develop the vision and strategy for the entire customer service experience across both Wiggle and CRC. You will be tasked with delivering KPI’s, which include, customer sentiment, contact volumes and speed of response. You will continually update and inform the business of the performance and position of the service offering and instigate effective interaction across organisational boundaries in order to deliver the ultimate customer journey

 

Responsibilities:

• Define the customer services offering and align its aims and objectives to that of the wider business plan supporting other functions delivering objectives to drive performance.

• Proactively propose and deliver service Improvement plans, in order to add value to the customer service offering.

• Contribute content on CS performance, along with wider issues affecting customers, to the quarterly customer board meetings.

• Ensure the most efficient and effective service model is identified, designed, and selected to support the business needs. Ensure the business identify and agree changed or new SLAs resulting from business change and that projects deliver to these requirements.

• Own and continuously improve the service delivery operating model, processes, and templates. • Lead and develop the team in line with the strategy and needs of the wider business

• Identify and manage the impacts of projects on operational services - keeping track of budget/forecast impacts that allow accurate and timely budgeting and forecasting.

• Ensure business and operational risks are properly identified, managed, and communicated.

• Managing all aspects of contractual obligations to the Customer at a specific or geographic level.

• Managing the P&L Budget Target for the contracts under their remit and deliver the service within or under the budget where applicable.

• Frequent travel to our sites across the UK.

• Experience of leading and developing a customer services team and function.

Job Title: Business Analyst Manager

You will be responsible for the business analysis required to drive strategic change through the organisation. We are currently working on several large business transformation programmes whereby BA leadership is critical to success. Leading a team of 5 BAs to identify business requirements and specify effective business processes changes, through improvements in systems, data, procedures, and other organisation change.

Responsibilities:

· Mentor, support, develop and recruit a team of successful business analysts that can be deployed to all areas of the business;

· Lead the selection of appropriate business analysis methods, tools, and approaches which suits the demands of the change within WiggleCRC;

· Ensure analysis of business change identifies solutions that deliver business benefit at the earliest opportunity;

· Ensure the quality of business analysis work and documentation meets the high standards required by the business

· Translate to senior management technical complexities and identify potential solutions which drives benefit at the earliest opportunity;

· Undertake Business Analysis activities when required to serve the demand from the business;

· Investigate, identify and present where appropriate, new technologies or processes that will enable the business units to deliver their strategic goals;

· Support the in-house and remote development teams in the delivery of the solution and coordinate UAT and business-readiness tasks;

· Working with Head of Business change to continually improve the project lifecycle, flexing ways of working to suit each project as it arises;

Experience:

· Experience of working on a large business change programme would be beneficial

· Experience of working within retail would be beneficial

· Experience of working at a senior business analyst level including situational leadership skills.

· Experience of line management of a team.

· Comprehensive understanding of Business Process Management.

· Possess the ability to understand how IT systems and technology can helps solve business problems.

· Experience of working on multiple projects concurrently and be able to manage the priorities within your workload, as well as assist in management and prioritisation of the wider team where required.

· Experience producing customer journey maps and wireframes with good understanding of usability and accessibility design best practices would be a significant advantage. · .

· Experience working within the mobile channel and on international / multi-lingual sites would be an advantage.

What will you be doing?

  • Ensure Purchase Invoices agree to goods and services received
  • Post Supplier invoices to Purchase Ledger and ensure validated for payment
  • Maintain disputed invoices and investigate invoice discrepancies
  • Answer supplier queries
  • Reconcile supplier statements

What will you be doing

You will be responsible for the acquisition of customers through a range of targeted initiatives across mid funnel channels. You will work closely with our external media partner to ensure integration & consistency across our media mix. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Owning the consistency and cross channel integration throughout the funnel, ensuring brand guidelines are adhered to across our digital communications
  • Owning the customer audience targeting roadmap across all digital channels
  • Responsible for owning consistency across WiggleCRC digital ads and creative 
  • Owning and developing the WiggleCRC digital global trading plan for deployment through our external media partner 
  • Owning our group affiliate strategy
  • Overseeing the planning & overseeing the execution of our campaigns with external media partner
  • Overall responsibility for maximising exposure & sales of our 3rd party services (insurance & cycle to work).
  • Provide strategic support of our digital marketing direction
  • Close working relationship to the Digital Performance Manager role to ensure paid social and performance channels work in unison
  • Reporting on weekly and monthly results including outcome of actions taken and development actions required. 
  • Budgeting and invoicing.

Experience: 

  • 5 years+ experience within a  paced digital marketing environment 
  • Leadership and management experience of team members covering a multitude of digital marketing positions
  • Experience working across mid funnel channels (not limited to Facebook Ads, Youtube & Display) & audience targeting 
  • Owning agency relationships & stakeholder communications
  • Experience managing a team or agency fulfilling multiple digital channels
  • Beneficial to have experience owning digital campaigns on a global level
