easy to fit and use
Just what I wantedr. Fitted it in 10mins and no need for pannier, seat easily removed and the boy is secure and happy (during the 15min ride to the child minder). The only issue is that one of the plastic fitting for the toe fasteners snap with in a week - personally I would like to see that design changed as I hate those fiddly things anyway

Good....
This is pretty much what I expected judging by the reviews, so seems to be very good. The only issue I have with it is that there needs to be minimum distance between the bottom of the seat and the wheel. On my partners bike, which is a small frame, the clearance is not there, which is not ideal

tricky to fit gt agressor
Is doing the job of allowing my to carry round my 2 yo toddler but getting the height of the seat right was a challenge due to the location of the front gear cable anchor. Ended up clamping half the bracket over the top. Seems solid enough but am keeping an eye on it. Probably much better on other bikes though

Great
Very good value. Easy to fit to a standard mens bike. Doesn't move around easy to attach and detach. Just leave the bracket on. if you want to change between bikes get another bracket. Doesn't need rear pannier racks. Doesn't need seat stay mounts.
Cool bit of spring to help kids over bumps.
I have a 4 year old and a 1 yr old. Both love it.

Pretty disappointed
I was really looking forward to getting this bike seat, but I'm totally disappointed with it. Let me prefix this by saying that I am very comfortable riding with heavy panniers, so I was not concerned about carrying something on the back of my bike. However I think that there are a couple of problems with this seat, partly due to what I believe are design flaws, and partly due to the type of bike that I ride.
I decided to fix the seat to my mountain bike. I am a small person and have a very small, light, compact frame (Santa Cruz Juliana). Yes, the bike seat fits on my frame, but no, I would not say that it is a good fit. The seat essentially sits on a lever, which means that the further out on that lever it is, the more movement is allowed. With the seat towards the end of this lever, it bounces up and down, and hits my back tyre at the smallest of bumps in the pavement. To counteract this, the seat can be adjusted to sit closer to me (i.e. further forward) however then this is very 'cosy' for my son, and he essentially has his face in my butt/lower back! In addition to this, with the seat further forward, my heels then clip the seat foot rest. I have him sitting as far forward as possible and have to pedal with my mid sole (therefore can't use cleats) to reduce this.
Also in line with the foot rests - they have a strap which goes across the child's foot that is pretty much useless. My son easily pulls his foot out of this, even at the tightest setting. The strap needs to go across the shin.
My son is only 12 months, though he is his big already at 84cm and 12kg. This means that he has the ability to bounce the seat by himself and move around a lot (affecting my balance), yet is not old enough to understand being told to sit still. I very much doubt that it would be possible to carry him in this seat when he is much heavier and bigger given the problems with hitting the back wheel.
The seat is fitted as tightly as possible, but still moves around A LOT. I am certain that when my son is a bit stronger he will be able to make it sway into my back wheel, as I can push it there myself. I really think that it needs an extra support under the base of the seat to afix it to the bike frame.
I have only ridden about 1km with my son so far as he grizzles almost the whole way so he's obviously not comfortable with something either.
One other thing is that wherever I go with him I always have stuff to carry. It is pretty hard to carry a backback unless I want that in his face, and there is nowhere else on the seat that will hold anything. A net carry bag on the bag for some spare nappies for example would be a welcome addition.
My bike does have a very light frame and this obviously adds to the instability but I certainly don't feel very confident riding with my son on the back at all. We will also try it on my husband's bike to see if it feels better, but the real reason we got it is so that I can take my son to day care without having to drive so I'm very disappointed that it's not working out for me.
