Returns

We will happily refund any item purchased on Wiggle if returned to us within 365 days; excluding Wiggle gift vouchers, nutrition and customised products, except when faulty.

Please note: Bikes and other bulky items cannot be returned using our local returns service (where applicable). Please contact us and we can arrange to collect these from you using our discounted courier rates. There is a fee for all collections, except for faulty products.

Returned goods must be unused and supplied with their original packaging, unless the goods are faulty. Wiggle will pay the return postage costs for any faulty items.

Exactly what comes in the pack?

Does any one know what actually comes in the pack please? is it the same as whats in the picture? Only as I can't find an actual list! Thanks

Yes, it's as sown in the picture. Two types of gel, powders for mixing energy drinks, one recovery drink powder, and electrolyte tabs for drinks.

100 Mile Sportive

Hi, I am doing a 100 Mile Sportive in August and am quite new to cycling such distances. My question is: How many packs would get me round that distance and is it physically possible to carry the amount that comes in these boxes? Thanks Stevie

There are enough gels and drinks in this box for a 100 mile sportive. Some in you pockets and some in your bike bag and you should be fine. Good luck! .....Leave the protein shakes for after.
