    We will happily refund any item purchased on Wiggle if returned to us within 365 days; excluding Wiggle gift vouchers, nutrition and customised products, except when faulty.

    Please note: Bikes and other bulky items cannot be returned using our local returns service (where applicable). Please contact us and we can arrange to collect these from you using our discounted courier rates. There is a fee for all collections, except for faulty products.

    Returned goods must be unused and supplied with their original packaging, unless the goods are faulty. Wiggle will pay the return postage costs for any faulty items.

    Rated 5 out of 5 by from Useful hose - I used it on my Reverb I bought some of this hose a while back to try and get past the monopoly of SRAM and their expensive hoses, but never tracked down connectors so it sat in the garage. A few months down the line, I was transferring my Reverb dropper post from one bike to another and the hose was too short. I reached for the Hope hose and it fitted a treat. I'm sure it can be used in many other applications too...

    Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor quality considering it's hope I purchased this to lengthen a shimano brake set up for a bike build, expecting hope quality. It's sent coiled up tight to fit in a small bag for posting and on opening requires straightening out. Unfortunately the hose kinked but didn't look too bad to warrant not installing. I fitted the hose and bled the brakes, fitting was easy and the hose is true to size. However after a couple of rides the hose began to leak ever so slightly at the kink, rendering the brakes inoperable. I hate to leave a negative review but this hose just isn't good quality, compared to the original shimano hose it replaced it's far too flimsy.

    Rated 4 out of 5 by from good replacement I combined this with the authentic tektro hydaulic olives and inserts for the repair. I survived the IOM End2End MTB race with the repair and new hose ( I needed a longer hose for rota upgrade) and still working ok. The hose has thicker walls than the original and this means the internal diameter of the line is smaller, however I have not noticed any drop in performance once bled properly.

    The shipping is dependent on location, normal UK orders are normally 2-3 working days. Overseas 7-10 working days but can be longer.
