What is ImmobiTag: ImmobiTag is a radio frequency identification device (RFID) designed specifically to be embedded into a bike's frame. Each tag contains a unique serial number that can be read by the Police, making the bike, registered owner's details and the bike's status viewable directly on their systems. ImmobiTag is linked to all UK Police forces, protecting your bike for life.

About: All ImmobiTags are activated online at Immobilise.com, the world's leading possession ownership database system. Photos, descriptions, receipts, frame numbers and other relevant information can all be added free of charge when registering your ImmobiTag. In the event of theft the bike's status can be changed from within your online account, notifying the Police and the second-hand trade. By doing so, a certificate of keepership can be created to assist in the completion of an accurate crime report and insurance claim. All aspects of your bike ownership can be managed online with no recurring fees or subscription charges. If you sell the bike, or move home, this can be updated without charge.

Returns

We will happily refund any item purchased on Wiggle if returned to us within 365 days; excluding Wiggle gift vouchers, nutrition and customised products, except when faulty.

Please note: Bikes and other bulky items cannot be returned using our local returns service (where applicable). Please contact us and we can arrange to collect these from you using our discounted courier rates. There is a fee for all collections, except for faulty products.

Returned goods must be unused and supplied with their original packaging, unless the goods are faulty. Wiggle will pay the return postage costs for any faulty items.
