We will happily refund any item purchased on Wiggle if returned to us within 365 days; excluding Wiggle gift vouchers, nutrition and customised products, except when faulty.

Please note: Bikes and other bulky items cannot be returned using our local returns service (where applicable). Please contact us and we can arrange to collect these from you using our discounted courier rates. There is a fee for all collections, except for faulty products.

Returned goods must be unused and supplied with their original packaging, unless the goods are faulty. Wiggle will pay the return postage costs for any faulty items.

Inov-8 Terroc 330 Shoes AW12 4.5 5 32 32

Inov8Terroc330 The new Inov8 Terroc 330s are still a fantastic shoe after the modifications that have been made: - the composition of the rubber sole seems to have changed so it is less slippery in wet weather - the colour of the fabric has changed from blue to black (not sure if this is really an improvement) - the reinforcement of the structure on the outside of the shoe, below the ankle is no longer raised. - there is far less reflective material on the shoe (unfortunately the reflective material was probably fairly expensive). All in all a good fit though, still very practical, they have kept the sensible grip, the nice low ankle fit, and still very affordable. 09 October 2010

Snow, Ice, Mud, Water...perfect I bought the Terroc 330s for walking, having used various Inov-8 & Montrail shoes. I decided to wear them to walk the West Highland Way, this was the week after Scotland had some of the biggest & best dumps of snow in years. The shoes had to deal with snow which was up to my waist, sheet ice, submerged in water, mud and everything else. The shoes after the 100 miles are like new. Never fell once and gave good grip on wet rock which is often something I've had problems with before. Many people had suggested that they drop to bits quickly, I've done 150 miles through some of the harshest conditions they're likely to come across and they look like new. By far the best shoes I've walked in, with excellent cushioning. Would recommend highly. Only problem I have, is I only ordered 1 pair when the valentines special offers were on...go buy! 14 March 2010

Great trail shoe Bought this shoe as a general trail running shoe to use on my 'after work' mid week runs. This takes me on a mix of canal towpath, woodland tracks and open hillside. Copes with all conditions except really muddy hillsides, when the tread just isnt quite aggressive enough. Other than that, they're great, and I'm wearing them almost every day. 17 November 2009

these are 5 star shoes! This is my second pair in an 18month period. the fit is better with a stiffer toe box, now has reflective bits on it too. the lacing pattern gives my long slim feet loads of support The sole is really aggressive- you wont slip in these and appears to be a little harder than previous ones so they are lasting well, although if you do lots of hard pack running they will wear pretty quickly, however at this price - who cares? buy them! 07 November 2009

Just wondering how the sizing comes up on these? I am usually a UK9 but have slightly wider feet and occasionally need a 9.5 (eg with Brooks runners)

Definitely go up at least a half size. I'm an 11 and have other Inov-8's in an 11 (230's) but had to go to a 12 on these.

I ordered 11, 11.5 and the 12 then sent two back using the free Collect+ service.

I usually take a 10, and take a 10 in Inov shoes. Why not take the plunge and order a pair, you can always send them back if youre not sure on the fit!

These are pretty narrow shoes, I am also a UK 9, but I would advise going to a 9.5 for these, especially given the narrow heal.
