Fast, compact CO2 delivery for inflating tyres on the move. The LifeLine CNC inflator features a thread-on valve head and pressure dial for secure, controlled tyre inflation. An essential part of your kit on every ride.

Description

The LifeLine CNC CO2 inflator delivers quick and easy tyre inflation to get you back on the roads and trails as quickly as possible after a puncture. Simply thread a cartridge into the cartridge mount, thread the head onto the valve and turn the pressure dial to begin inflating. Close the pressure dial at any time during inflation to retain pressure for later inflations; ideal for topping up tyres with slow punctures until the next stop.

With a precision CNC alloy construction, the LifeLine CNC CO2 inflator retains pressure and discharges effectively with minimal leakage.

Ensure the lockring on the inner tube is tightened securely against the rim before inflating. This prevents the valve from moving or depressing into the rim as you apply pressure.

LifeLine CNC CO2 Inflator - Thread-on Valve Head is rated 3.8 out of 5 by 128.
Rated 3 out of 5 by LenDusaquid from Handy but easy to cross thread cylinders Not sure if it is the inflator or lifeline cylinders but I had problems with cross threading. Had the same problem on 2 units

Rated 5 out of 5 by cassius801 from Better than a pump Fed up of carrying a hand pump, even a compact one. This does the job in a fraction of the time. Having no a release valve is a big plus as my old one doesn’t so it’s a bit of a hope for the best situation. The valve allows you to release the gas when you want. Top tip make sure you keep your fingers away from the cartridge (unless you have gloves on) as it gets very cold very quickly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Tia22 from CNC CO2 Inflator Purchased this with the CO2 cartridge. It seems good value and a good product. But as I purchased it to save carrying a next to useless hand pump and I've not had to use it yet (thankfully) I can't comment on how good or not it is in operation.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Chalytitch from Great value for money Small, lightweight and not expensive. Having a controllable valve is a real plus. Just be careful of the frosty hands!

Can co2 release be stopped and restarted?

Can the co2 release be stopped and restarted after a cartridge has been fitted? i.e. Can a tube be partially inflated to get in the tire and the subsequently fully inflated.
Asked by: Shsbsbsb
I can confirm that this can be partially inflated and stopped with this LifeLine CNC CO2 Inflator Thread-on Valve Head. I hope this helps.

How does this work on schrader valves, when it doesn't have a pin in the centre to deflate the pin on the valve?

Asked by: rappapa
This has an adjustable head to change to whichever valve is necessary.

difference between thread-on and push-on model ?

I'm the first time buying this kind of inflator, what's different between these two models ?
Asked by: Kelunyang
With this type you thread it onto the valve of your innertube and can release the air slowly. The push on ones if not seated correctly will let air escape outside of the valve

How does the adjustable head work to fit Schrader valve?

I suggest you have a look at one of these CO2 inflators as there's no adjustable head. I have screwed it onto the schrader valve & unscrewed to open (the air should be deflating from the tyre but it isn't as there's no pin in the pump) Regards, Leigh
Asked by: Leigh40
In this case the Co2 will be released once the the valve has been opened and the co2 canister has been engaged onto the valve head
