good quality tape..not easy to fit
I was looking to upgrade my bar tape. Opted for he dual colour lizard skins tape. Tape is very good quality, great grip and excellent cushioning....but...not easy to fit, I am no expert but I know what I am doing, this was tricky and a lot harder than other significantly cheaper tapes. In summary , good quality, not easy to fit and expensive. Will opt for less expensive brands in future.

get a grip!
great stuff this easy to wrap just be careful when lining up the change from red to black it is angled to wrap seamlessly but apart from that all good, it does offer good padding and excellent grip. If you need / want to change your tape then get this.

Very good
This is my second Lizard Skins Bar Tape.
Main reason I chose this particular one is the colour. Dual colour looks awesome besides i find top of the bar usually get dirty first, so it is quite useful to make it black. Was very easy to fit it, except matching two handlebars.
Actually, a month later i needed to take off and fix back my right lever, i wasnt sure if i ll be able to use same bartape but it was ok.
One thing only, recently i was in a crash and lost one of handlebar end plugs, it is literally impossible to find replacement for red plug (any other colour is ok).
Otherwise, very pleased. Its durable, looks good, nice grip and absorbs well.

Looks great, good vibration dampening
Bought this to replace some ageing cork tape. The two tone looks great, and it's very comfortable and don't need to wear gloves a lot of the time.
Only criticism is it doesn't deal brilliantly with sweat and can get a bit slippy

If you want grip this is for you!
This tape is great, easy to fit, rugged and if grip is what you desire this is the one, brilliant in the wet. I have never fitted bar tape before but this was easy and pliable.

Great Bartape, Shame about the price
First time of using this tape. I was very impressed. Wraps nicely with a good length even for the widest bars. Feels very grippy but so nice i want to ride without gloves just to appreciate it.

Nice two tone colouring and comfy.
Fancied a change my grey tape, changing the bars so opted for this, the two tone colour scheme (black/red) goes well on my race bike, feels comfy and grippy.

Awesome Bar tape - Comfortable, pretty and grippy.
Nice color. Good grips. Easy to stick on and so far is durable.
Easily the prettiest and most comfortable bar-tape I have.

Real Grippy a Quality Product
Had to reverse one roll so the red tape would come out on top of the bars like the other one. First time I've wrapped handlebars and it took two attempts but I got it perfect in the end and it looks and feels fantastic!

Unfortunately the way the tape is wound means you have to completely unwind one roll before application or work your way from the headset to the bar end. Plugs are a poor fit, one fell out first ride.
Looks great when you eventually get it on though.

Quality comes at a price.
I recently needed to replace the bar tape. After a lot of research settled for this Lizard Skins DSP tape.
Yes, it was expensive but the difference it makes once on the bars is phenomenal. Quite simply the best way to describe it would be that you won't need gel padded cycling mitts/gloves, it absorbs any rough road surface vibrations with ease.
It was three times more expensive than some bar tapes on the market, which is the only downside.

Fantastic
Lizard skin bar tape is the bomb !! The only thing to watch out for is that the color changes at the same point when you do the other side. The bar tape went on with ease and is a pleasure to ride with.

Very well made...
This bar tape is thick and comfortable without looking like too much on your bars. I even unwound the tape and reattached it with the same finishing strip...super sticky. Well made and good value when you consider the potential longevity of the product...

Lovely!
I only wear gloves during the winter months and this stuff has been a revelation after trying various different types of tape. Its really easy to wrap as you don't have stretch it and pretty much sits in place until you've finished.
Its really comfy and grippy and after heavy winter use, still looks great! I've changed my bars a couple of times during that period and re-wrapped the same tape with minimal fuss.
Throw away your cycling mitts and get some of this!

Lizard Skin DSP Tape
I have trialled many tape brands until I took a leap of faith and paid a little bit extra for the Lizard Skin bar tape.
Until now I have not found a tape with the durability and comfort that LS provides. Great shock absorption and the material retains its shape and elasticity longer than any tape I have used before. I have now fitted dual coloured LS tape to all my bikes.
