great tyre very grippy in the dry
Just run tubeless and lower the pressure , for the wet roots and rocks ..
But saying that any wet can be a bit slippy ;)
Tread stays quite clear , even in wet boggy sections
Did the bhf 43 miles dark peak ride and had no problems

Great tyre
These are great tyres brought them for a trip to Bike Park Wales a very wet 2 day but these never lost grip once. Look great on the bike nice bit of bling with the yellow maxxis logo.

Good Tyres
after I riding 29ers, the choice of tyre become less and my last continental mountain king II is really bad quality, so I change back to High roller II although the price is more than a double.

pretty good tyre for gravity work
Found this tyre held up well in my last enduro as a rear tyre with Ardent on the front -- mixture of grass, rocks and loam, but mostly pretty dry stuff
Reasonable weight and seemed to roll OK
