Good for recovery
This product smells nice- faintly of lavendar but not too overpowering.
I think the arnica really works- was sceptical but have used it after a Body Pump class, usually I ache for a couple of days but the next morning the aches are gone- I use it all the time.
Very pleased with it.
You only need a small amount as it takes a while to rub in- but I suppose the rubbing also helps the muscles.

Great for quick recovery
I bought this product after reading other reviews. I run to and from work doing around 9 miles a day for 5 days a week. I have notice that after using this cream my muscles don't feel tired so much and I build up better strength. I don't use this product so often as I used to because I don't have to, however, I would definitely recommend it to anybody who requires quick recovery.

Not quite a miracle
As the title reflects this product was not quite a miracle cure but certainly well on the way. Not only does it feel fantastic but there is no doubt that it does help weary limbs and joints

Nice to use
Difficult to assess the benefits but it makes a post ride massage easy and reduces aches and pains, leaves the skin moisturised for some hours.

Go to recovery cream
This is my go to recovery cream.
Beautiful refreshing smell, the cream is smooth but for application, but doesn't leave your legs overly oily

Certainly seems to work
This definitely works post run. I've also got the Nature's Kiss Herbal Massage which is better (in my opinion) as a pre-run rub. The Recovery is not as pungent or hot when applied, as the Herbal Massage. I gave the remainder of one pot to my daughter after she did the Great South Run and it alleviated the fatigue in her legs overnight. It won't get rid of a sports injury, but it is great for tired muscles. Very impressed with both products from Natures Kiss. Just wish you got more for your money.

Kind of nice and inoffensive but effective?
Seems more like a good way to give your muscles a good rub down. Smells 'spa-like' in a good way. Feels a bit greasy on the skin and I can't claim it to be a wonderful panacea for aching muscles. Just, you know, nice.

Smells amazing and does the job!
I love the smell of this and it makes me feel better :) it may just be the massage that helps but I like this product and have bought it often.

Love Natures Kiss
This helps sore and tired muscles after a cycle. Put some on the afflicted muscles before you go to bed and all good in the morning. Amazing!!!

great for massage
really nice cream, I think the beeswax gives it a slightly oily texture which actually makes it easier to massage with, the other natures kiss cream tends to rub in too quickly to make it a viable option for massaging.
I was worried the lavender might be on the strong side but it's not overpowering on the nose thankfully.

Took this on a cycling holiday, great stuff.
It helps with the muscles after a long day in the saddle.

Nice massage cream
This is a small pot but goes a long way. How much the lavender and other extracts can penetrate skin and fatty tissue before getting to the muscle, and exactly what it will do there, is debatable. But it smells nice and isn't oily and gungy. As with all these things, it's the massaging that does the trick.

So I thought why not, give it a try, I did find it had some form of recovery. Weather it was the placebo effort or not I did find it to have help. Smells nice too. A little greasy but work it in and your fine.

Great massage cream
Have now got through the while tub and ordered another... I use it to give my legs a rub down now and again and aside from making that easier to do, it smells alright and isn't overly greasy!

Great for aching legs.
I use this after races, hard training sessions of long runs. Simply rub it in with a bit of light massage, (then I usually put on recovery compression wear as well which also aids recovery). I have noticed that I do suffer from less aches and pains after using this.
Initially it does seem expensive, but considering that I use it on my legs at least 5 times a week, it does last a surprisingly long time.

Really works!
Have been using Nature Kiss products for a couple of years and it really does seem to soothe and aid recovery when used after a hard ride.
The product smells nice and is not too overpowering the lavender I am sure helps relax and give a good nights sleep.
The only downside is that the product is relatively expensive for the size of pot that you get so try and use sparingly.

Really Excellent product
One of the best products out there for bruises. Within 24 hours, the bruise has noticeably reduced. You will not be disappointed.

What a great product for the money
When you first get the pot it does look very small for the amount of money it costs, what you dont realise if you have never used this type of product before is how little you need for it to work.
The smell is very relaxing whilst your putting it on and rubbing it in and I find it my self working alomost straight away.
I cant recommend this product more, I'm no major athlete and I dont do extreme sports. At 40 I go to 2 spinning classes a week and a swimming session and it takes away all the aches pains after each session.
which is exactly what i wanted after realising that I'm not getting younger and my body now needs looking after just that little bit more.

Fab product
Used this during a John O'Groats to Lands End ride over 10 days and legs felt good throughout. Coupled with decent nutrition and protein this works very well indeed.
The aroma was pleasing for my fellow riders too !

Recovery cream without overpowering smell
Pleasant cream that sinks in quickly - used it for 2 days post 1/2 marathon to ease aches. Hot shower then rubbed this in prestretching - felt pretty good the next morning. Best of all, the lavender scent is subtle so not obvious to the world like most muscle relief creams.

After Ride Soothiness !!!
Great after ride massage cream, non tacky / greasy. Seems to relax and provide for fresher feeling legs the morning after. All this and a refreshing fragrance as well. This is now firmly part of my ride routine. Refreshing smell too .... Rub it all Over !!! :-)
