This enduro-focused mountain bike (MTB) frame is ready for racing, with an ultra-strong carbon fibre build that ensures maximum stiffness and strength, without adding any unnecessary excess grams to your ride. Light and responsive, Nukeproof has also kitted out this model with a Fox Float X2 Factory Series rear shock, which offers excellent tuneability and performance as you charge across rock gardens, tree roots and debris. Benefitting from race-ready geometry with internally piped cable routing, it provides smooth handling as well as a clean finish. Ideal for completing your enduro bike build, a final highlight is its 148x12mm Boost rear hub spacing that provides strong and stiff control as you race for the podium.

Since 2009 the Nukeproof Mega has been on a constant development to meet the demands of Nukeproof's riders and customers alike. As a result, the Mega Carbon V4 frame is available for 27.5”, 29” or new Mixed (Front 29”/Rear 27.5” wheel sizes) wheel set ups, with each frame design tailored around each wheel size.

Race-Ready Carbon MTB Frame 

To optimise the weight, strength and stiffness, the Mega Carbon frame features a T700/800 UD woven carbon fibre frameset (front and rear triangle). The carbon swingarms help reduce the unsprung weight on the rear of the bike, improving suspension performance. All forged parts are made from 6061-T6 aluminium. 

After winning four Enduro World Series Titles in 3 years the V4 design is an evolution of Nukeproof's ultimate enduro bike. At the heart of the frame is the brand's revised suspension Kinematic, designed to be more subtle off the top, whilst remaining progressive and predictable. Anti-Squat is used to create an effective pedalling bike that can be thrashed through technical terrain. The useable SAG range is also widened to allow riders to tune the suspension to the trails. The updated Mega frame geometry features a dynamic saddle offset, which is designed to optimise seated rider weight distribution on each frame size. This is achieved through seat angles that are bespoke to each frame size. In addition, the actual seat tube is designed to be shorter overall with a bigger maximum insert depth to allow for a longer dropper post if required.
