Unfortunately this would not be compatible, this freehub is only compatible with Nukeproof Neutron hubs.

Can I use this to replace the standard freehub body that came on my elite drive ii?
I use a standard 11 speed shimano 105 cassette, but for some reason the freehub body that is on it is loose and will not click in to place, or do I just need a lock washer or something?

Yes, but only if you are using a Nukeproof Neutron V1 hub.
I can see from your photo you are using a Mavic hub so this is not compatible with your hub. You will need the specific Mavic freehub.
