Panaracer RibMo Folding City Tyre is rated 4.5 out of 5 by 77.
Rated 2 out of 5 by unrealedd from You get what you pay for, it’s a cheap tyre. Bought these as wanted 4 seasons and they were out of stock. Wish I hadn’t, very difficult to fit as extremely tight getting over the rim. Have to use levers to fit, when you get a puncture out on the roads it’s a right pain to get off and on again. I ride daily to commute to work with extra pleasure miles so average 80-100 miles a week. They have now been on a couple of months and have found them to be durable and hard wearing with reasonable levels of grip. BUT the most disappointing thing is a large crack has appeared around the entire circumference of the sidewalls of both the front and rear tyres on both sides. Quite worrying so will have to replace them soon and the tread is barely touched. Overall cheap and relatively puncture resistant but difficult to fit and the sidewalls give out long before they wear out. So I wouldn’t recommend these tyres.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Yazfab1 from Amazingly strong tyre fantastic tyre, very strong, excellent on gravel and daily commute. Direct competitor to the Marathon Plus .. i think this might be better for road cycling

Rated 1 out of 5 by donlon76 from The 28mm version sits far too tight This ist the first tire which I was not able to mount. I cost me an innertube, blood on my thumbs, ... - no chance to get it on the rim. I was able to mount the 25mm version (last tire) but the 28mm one - no chance. Probably it's also related to the rim (DTSwiss RR 511 DB). When mounted on the first side, I was not able to move the tire in the rolling direction - this already was a very bad sign.

Rated 5 out of 5 by TandemJim from Fast rolling winter tyre We put a set of 32mm RibMo's on our tandem for the winter, so far no punctures that's Nov- March will about 750miles on all terrain. a bit heavier than our summer tyre but they roll really well. fully recommend for winter or commute style bike.

    Q & A

Do these tyres come with tubes?

I'm just checking to see if these tyres come with tubes or if I need to buy the tubes separately. Thanks

What size do I get for my bike?

I know very lttle about this side of bikes. I currently have tyres that take a 700x28c inner tube. However my tyres, even though not that old, are very thin and I cycle over 100 miles per week and would like something durable, as I am currently getting a puncture every 2-3 weeks. My reason for questioning size is due to reading the reviews one customer had the same tyres size as me, but when buying these changed to something else. I am looking for the most durable and pucture resistant tyres I can get to avoid these constant punctures.
    Asked by: littleh
I'd get 700 x 25 or 700 x 28. Get new tubes at the same time. These tyres would be my #1 choice for commuting/training.

    Will the 700 32c size tyre fit a 29er rim? I have a giant xtc0.

    Asked by: Brucerod
I can confirm that both 29er and 700c wheels share the same bead diameter of 622 mm so the tyres will fit, however due to the wide rims of a 29er wheel you will need to opt for a wider fitting tyre and we would recommend not going below a 32 mm tyre.

Does this tire have a reflective sidewall like the Vittoria Randonneur Hyper City tire?

I need a replacement 700x35 tire for my all-weather commuter, a reflective sidewall would be really helpful to maintain visibility on the road when riding in poor/dark conditions. Does this tire have the reflective sidewall? I have looked on the product website and they make no mention of it, so I assume it doesn't? I might get the Vittoria Randonneur Hyper City instead as it is just as good, the same price and it does have the reflective sidewall. Just want confirmation before buying.
    Asked by: elStado
Unfortunately this particular tyre does not have a reflective sidewall.

    Size matters

Hi there. I've got a Michelin tyre, and they are very sensitive. The size of my tyre is: 700 x 20c. I understood that 700 is the size of the rim, but I'm not sure if a 25 or 23 would fit. Would it fit?
    Asked by: cheliuta
Yes up to 32 will fit provided you don't have slim racing mudguards with minimal clearance on your 20's

    tyre sizing and compatibility guide

I have Electra Townie bicycle, which came with tires of size 26" X 2.0" (yes, sizing in inches!). Most of tires in the online catalog are 700, followed by some other number. I don't understand what these numbers mean and how to find tires that are compatible with my rim. Any help is appreciated.
    Asked by: milan60
700 is racing or road bike standard wheel or MTB 29-re style wheel or in old money the 27" tyres of yore Otherwise you may have 26" MTB (standard size)

It would be useful for the novice like me to know when the tyres first came out as I presume they should be up to date with technology, and design?

    Asked by: TeamJOGLE
They're up to date and way better than a novice would realise.
