Rated 4 out of 5 by from maybe it works always wary of these types of micro marginal gains.... However there was perhaps some benefit on longer winter rides where i was not eating as much and didn't experience the dip in energy. placebo? maybe. worth a shot!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works as expected Easier access to stored energy reserves and longer post-exercise use of energy. In practice, I have an easier time training in ketosis without the associated sluggishness caused by the inefficiency of burning fat for fuel. The feeling of emptiness/hunger/ketosis is there, but it is way easier to maintain the effort. Less food required on the bike during long low effort rides. Take it with a small dose of carbohydrates (such as an banana) for its effect..
