stops cramp
I would highly recommend this product. for someone who suffers with leg cramps from hard exercise this product has been a godsend. The magnesium within cures the problem with no adverse effects on the stomach....brilliant

Great for cramp.
I've been using these to help with cramps on the bike, I drink one when I feel the tell tale signs and it seems very effective at preventing the onset of cramp. The taste isn't great but I can live with it.
