We will happily refund any item purchased on Wiggle if returned to us within 365 days; excluding Wiggle gift vouchers, nutrition and customised products, except when faulty.

Please note: Bikes and other bulky items cannot be returned using our local returns service (where applicable). Please contact us and we can arrange to collect these from you using our discounted courier rates. There is a fee for all collections, except for faulty products.

Returned goods must be unused and supplied with their original packaging, unless the goods are faulty. Wiggle will pay the return postage costs for any faulty items.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Learn as you tune! The Shockwiz was purchased for our work club and has helped members to tune their rides beyond anything they could imagine. Each confidence inspiring tune means our guys are riding faster and harder and with more knowledge of how each setting effects the overall feel. Expensive to buy for yourself but well worth chipping in with mates.

I borrowed the ShockWiz for a bit of fun - I was not really expecting to be able to 'do' much as my fork tuning options are limited to air pressure and rebound damping, but the 'RECOMMENDED CHANGES' worked, and the 'DETECTIONS' made good sense and will be useful when I get my forks serviced. The kit is very simple and well designed - it's easy to fit, and apart from the challenge of holding forks at full extension it's straightforward to calibrate. The app is very clear and easy to use. After each session it shows you its assessment of 'Pogo', 'Packing', 'Bottoming', 'Bobbing' and 'Bouncing' together with a confidence level. This then translates to a set of recommended changes. For me that meant a bit less air, and a bit more rebound damping - and confirmation that my forks do need more low speed compression (which I can't change). To get the most out of the ShockWiz I'd say you need at least a couple of hours and some trails to session, preferably with a variety of features... so have some fun hammering a good bit of trail, review the results on your phone, make some tweaks and repeat. It was surprisingly fun. Even with only two variables to play with, I saw some benefit to my set up. With more complex forks, where you've likely spent some significant money to get High and Low speed compression damping, and you've volume tokens to play with, I'm pretty sure I'd struggle to tune my forks. But with a ShockWiz as your guide you can avoid a lot of trial and error, and have some fun getting your expensive forks/shocks dialed.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good piece of kit The ShockWiz is a good piece of kit. It's simple to use and takes a lot of guesswork out of setting up your forks. It plugs into the air valve on your forks and offers suggestions on how to improve the performance of your forks (or rear shock) to match your riding style. It's easy to setup and offers good practical advice to follow. You can spend 5 minutes getting it 'about right' or 5 hours dialing it in. It is a pricey bit of kit, so its not really for your 'one off setup'. Where it really shines is being able to tune your bike to your environment. If you do a bit of varied riding (woods one day, mountains the next) it allows you to easily adjust your suspension to the conditions. If you've got ten mtb's and you live on a saddle get one immediately. If you're a weekend warrior, chip in with your mates and get one for your group and share it around.

Does the shockwiz come with hose and mount kit?

Is this the 'direct mount' version which can be used on the Rockshox RS1 forks. If it is not, is there an intent to supply this at some point?

This isn't currently the direct mount model although we may be looking to expand the available options in the near future.
