Killer stem
Being the owner of a Velocite Magnus, the first obvious problem is that the frame is so bulky that every stem you put on it will look like a twig. Except for this. This stem is so large and bulky, that it looks normal on a Magnus G3 frame in size L, and stiff enough to be mistaken for a concrete floor.
Contrary to everyone else who bought this stem, I had no problems installing the stem, I simply unwound a bit of the bartape, slided it on, and mounted the stem on the fork steerer. I was even able to rewrap the old bartape back in place.
Only minus are the T20 bolts, simply because of all the heads I have for my torque wrench, the T20 is NOT avalible, so I had to roll carefully to my LBS to get them torqued.

wonky decal
decals are off centre line for the initial TR .. annoying considering the price.
nicely made otherwise.
the t20 bolts are a problem in waiting, they are not as robust as 4mm hex.
it strikes me as a stem that you buy only because you need to match another part - the one bolt superlogic seat post is really excellent on weight / looks / price .. this stem however is more of a complementary piece to match it out.. (do take a look at the fairwheelbike stem review - the alloy version of this stem is considered to be a much better product when balancing weight / looks / price).

Looks good but difficult to fit.
Very well made and suits Ritchey forks, however the bar clamp only allows the bars to pass through and on some constant diameter (rather than thinner at the grip areas) bars can be tricky to mount and requires removal of the bar tape and levers.

Another great Ritchey product.
This is a great stem that ticks all the right boxes. It's very stiff and as light as all but the most exotic stems on the market. It looks great too.

Great Product
Super stiff, lightweight and looks great especially when attached to a Superlogic handlebar.

Great looking quality stem
The stem looks great and does the job really well. It's really stiff and gives confidence in use. However setting up was a pain. The handlebars don't fit directly like on normal stems and you need to feed the bars in from their narrow section. My bars are aero type so had to force them in leaving scratching on the bars. Also beware of the T20 screws which are really soft, make sure you use a top quality tool to tighten. I have ordered a torqkey by ritchy and expect that to be suitable.

Excellent stem. Looks great.
Truth be told you can probably get a lighter alumina stem that is just as stiff for half the price. Having said that this stem just looks awesome!

Very stiff and light
The massively oversized looks of this stem perfectly matches the enormous top and downtube of most mordern carbon frames. Looks ace on my new Specialized Tarmac and feels much stiffer than any aluminium stem I've ever used. Only real negatives are the tiny Torx T20 bolts and the tricky installation, due to the 260 degree bar clamp.
