Rated 1 out of 5 by from Failed within weeks of installation Like several others online, I've found that this Rotor bottom bracket didn't live up to expectations. It is billed on the Rotor promotional documentation as being a one-size-fits-all solution for 41mm press-fit bottom bracket replacement. I installed this with a Park Tools bearing press, and immediately felt that the resistance level to pedalling was quite high. With the chain off, the cranks would only rotate once or twice before stopping, even with a forceful push. Several forums online suggested that this was normal at low loads, so I persevered. Fast forward a couple of weeks and a maximum of 300 miles of riding, and the BB sounds like a toolbox on top of a washing machine. After taking the crankset axle out, it was clear that the non-driveside bearing had given up and was making a lot of noise and grinding. I ended up installing the uprated Shimano part (SM BB92-41B) which has the more conventional design of two bearings connected by a central sleeve. There was an immediate improvement in turning resistance, and (so far) no annoying noises,

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Wrong information Gave this 5 stars as it looks like a good bb but was advised by wiggle that this is the bb I needed but once fitted soon realised its not for this frame so after 4 weeks bb broken down already so not to pleased

Q & A

Will this work for my hollowtechII crankset

I can confirm that this will work with any 24mm axle cranks which include the hollowtech cranks from Shimano. I hope this helps.
