Great tasting, Science in Sport's Whey Protein is great tasting and an easy way to boost protein intake, contributing to the growth and maintenance of lean muscle mass.
To promote lean muscle mass, Science in Sport recommends between 1.4 and 1.6 of protein per kg of body weight should be consumed, meaning a male weighing 75kg training regular should consume 120g protein in one day with each scoop containing 22 grams of protein.
Directions for Use
Add 30g of Whey Protein Powder using the scoop provided (each scoop holds 10g, so 30g is 3 scoops) to 250ml of water in a shaker. Shake well ensuring the lid is firmly closed.
