Please Note: Additional adaptors (sold separately) required to use this spanner with Ultegra 6800, XT BB-93 or Dura-ace 9000/9100 bottom brackets:

TL-FC24 for Ultegra 6800 and Deore M8000

TL-FC25 for XTR BB-93 and Dura-Ace 9000/9100)

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Check BB diameter before purchase I purchased this tool to install my new Ultra 8000 bottom bracket, it does not fit as the new BB has a small diameter than the old version. I already had a Park Tool BBT-9 ( a far better purchase) I think in this instance the description is incorrect

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Doesn't work with new hollowtech II BBs Bought this as it was supposed to be for hollowtech II. I already have the old tool for the older hollowtech external BBs and knew I needed the new smaller size tool. However, this is exactly the same. I can't see how they can advertise is as hollowtech II?

For installation of a Tiagra 4600 bottom bracket, would you use this spanner tool or.....

I'd use the correct socket tool and a torque wrench instead. This spanner is too clumsy in my view.

Shimano BB-R60 Ultegra 6800/105 5800 Hollowtech ii Requires a smaller diameter tool, will this work?

BB9000 Cups? Their sizes are smaller

As the sizes of BB9000 Dura Ace Cups are smaller I wonder if this can be used?

This tool is for Hollowtech II Cups only. However it will work with the addaptor that will come with your BB.
