One end has pegs to hold the back of chainring bolts, and the other has pegs that locate into the self-extracting bolts.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Better than Park Tool I bought this to replace a Park Tool peg spanner, which I was very surprised to find was poor quality. But the Shimao one is far better. It includes 8 and 9mm wrenches, which I have not used, but may come in handy.

Q & A

Is there a version of this for three front cog arrangements as this is too deep

This peg spanner wont fit between the front cogs on a three front ring arrangement, is there some special technique or alternative spanner?

Unfortunately we do not stock an alternative spanner, it may be best to check with a local bike shop mechanic to see if there's a particular trick to resolve this.

Campagnolo

Is this Chainring Spanner compatible with campagnolo pista chainrings?

This is only designed for use with Shimano chain ring bolts.
