Very good pedals the best I have use in all weather.

Superb pedals
Very stable footing and excellent hold. these far exceed all the lower end MTB Shimano SPD's, they feel super strong and the contact is very noticeable. Installation is 1 minute tops, maintenance free, stable platform. All you need for a pedal.
Back them off a bit so the release is easier than default as they are super tight even on a med setting.

Rock Solid and Time Tested
With 25 years of SPD R&D it is no wonder the Deore XT Line is the back bone of all things rugged in the off road. Wait a second... I have even seen Roadie Folk spinning these, and no wonder. the design of the XT M8000 XC is elegant, cleanly executed, easily maintained and considered by many over that of the XTR M9000.
If you are new to SPD and are scratching your head... put your hat back on. This is the pedal you have been looking for, Seriously!
Okay then ... never mind buy the other set, but you will be back to buy these.

Great pedals
I use them on my cyclocross bike and i ride withe them on the road thy are great and fill very light.

Excellent quality from Shimano
Well made pedal with simple adjustment and usual Shimano quality. Comes with cleats which is always good if you need a spare set.

Pendlarens bästa vän!!
Slitvarg, med suveränt tåligt utförande och funktionssäkerhet samt lätta.
Enkla att montera samt likaledes lätta att ställa in i vinkel och spännstyrka för i och urklickning. Ett bra val som kan följa med i uppgraderingarna......
