Good system but levers are not comfortable
System provides great confident breaking.
My only criticism would be the levers, as another reviewer has said they are certainly large but worse than that they're really uncomfortable when you're on the hoods. The brake fluid reservoir sits right where you rest your hands when in the hoods, it has quite square sides that make it uncomfortable especially on long rides. I'm going to add some innertube / bartape to give it some curvature but eventually plan to upgrade these to the Ultegra version (ST-RT8000).
Otherwise performance is great and easy to service yourself (pads / rotors and fluid).

4 stars for entry-level - but HUGE
These shift well, have adjustable levers (just realised after a year), and braking is good to excellent (though I need to bleed them soon).. but man are they BIG! They look kind of comical on my bike now. Looking to swap them for the new Ultegra (Dura Ace trckle-down) levers as they are considerably more aero.. Which is bothering me, and I'm not exactly at Le Tour level of riding and minimal gains1

The image shows one shifter / brake lever and one caliper. Does this count as a set, or is it two of each, front and rear?
