Brilliant brakes NOTES: Super easy to set up. Have not required any maintenance after 60 hrs of riding in varied conditions. Great control and stopping power even with my small rear rotor. CONTEXT: I set these brakes up on my 2011 Epic comp. I weigh 72kg in a days worth of kit on the bike. They have made a massive difference to my level of control and therefore confidence. I ride faster and have more fun with these brakes on the bike. No other single upgrade has changed the way ride so much. During a recent day ride on D’urville Island (off the top of the South Island of NZ) I was able to pick my way down long, super steep (too steep to get off the bike once you have started) slippery rocky sections of the decent that I am sure my previous brakes would have seen me fall or worse forced me to climb. Expensive but I think well worth the price. 14 August 2015

Very powerful and work in all weathers Very very good and just works. Expensive but you get what you pay for. Finally, Shimano have delivered a lightweight and powerful brakeset 22 May 2015
