Yes, all 10/9/etc cassettes have the same setup so as long as the chain is 10 speed you're all good.

Miche generally produce Campagnolo compatible cassettes rather than SRAM/Shimano compatible. I would recommend checking to see what compatibility your cassette is before ordering a chain.

can this chain be used with 8 speed shimano sora?

Wouldn't try that as the 8 speed cassette rings are wider than the 10 speed ones. This means that the 10 speed chain is narrower so may get jammed.
