Use it every run
I love the item had it 4 months now but nearly instantly the elastic in the strap came away as you can see from my picture weather its because i had the strap to tight I don't know but the main body of the strap is kinda rubbery and sticks to your body but the back of the strap tends to slide down my back which can get a little annoying but if you have a ambit and love stats then this is for you like i say i use this every run to check my stats on strava

essential training aid
This is great belt/sensor. Not cheap...particularly when you're replacing a lost one! The belt is comfortable and adjusts easily. The sensor marries up to the static bikes at the gym...Precor I think. Only issue is that it sits below the shoulder blades at the back but this doesn't seem to make it slip.....so not a biggy at all.

Does ware. But a great product.
I bought this to replace a non-Dual Suunto Comfort Belt. I had used the previous one nearly every day for 3 years and it worked very well. Unfortunately, it gradually lost its accuracy within a month or so but for three years use I guess that's not bad!
This belt is just as comfortable and seems well made. The added dual feature is handy too so when you are on a treadmill you can see your heart rate on the machine (or cross trainer) without having to set anything up at all...it just appears.
Hopefully I will get a similar life out of this product to. Thanks wiggle for doing it cheaper than most other stores too.

Why Didn't I get this one first!!!
I've brought a couple of HRM in the last couple of years. This is by that the most reliable of them all. I use it in conjunction with my Armbit2 Watch.
It is not the most attractive device or the cheapest, but it is light, easy to fit and easy to set up.

Excellent, reliable and well made
This is a superb HR strap and has been really reliable compared to my previous belts.

Great features
Does the job perfectly - I bought same one years ago and it has only just. Needed replacing.

Bought this when I lost one. Expensive for what it is. Very easy to connect to watch, it took less than a minute.

Comfy but seriously flawed
From personal experience about 50% of the units supplied work correctly. Battery usage CR 3020 is extremely heavy making running costs prohibitive.
Subject to interference in gyms with other equipment in operation leading to eratic readings

Product tied to Suunto watch but works with equipment in gym as well. Small size means comfortable to wear

Great concept....terrible implementation
I decided to go for the Suunto heart rate monitor as it allowed for both standard analogue use for gym equipment and ANT. (Note the lack of the plus on that).
Yes, there are two forms of ANT making it very difficult to choose equipment. You get ANT and ANT+. How about it!?
Even though they are both made by the same company and the technology is meant to be the same, they are totally incompatible with one another.
My fault you say? Well, it looks like I'm not the first to fall into that trap and the lack of ANT equipment means it's more of a proprietary system for Suunto.
So, this dual belt is useless unless you have a Suunto device.
If you need an ANT+ heart belt, go for the Garmin or Bontrager ANT+ heart belt. Unfortunately though neither work with analogue gym equipment which is a shame.

Spare HR belt
Expensive but comfy. Bit temperamental at first but settling down now. Easy to sync with old Suunto watch.

Great Belt
Cant argue with the Suunto comfort style belts, incredibly good fit and range. Works perfect for Rowing!

Great addition to Suunto famil
This Dual belt is a great addition for Suunto HRM series watches. It pairs easily (following step by step the instructions) with my t6c watch as a HR belt2 and what a surprise !! Now i can see my pulses on my treadmill display, on my bicycle bike computer, on ergo-trainers and all other devices that works with a analog signal.
