    Description

These are truly TECHNICALLY ADVANCED and are available for most chainsets. Computer generated tooth profiles optimise power transfer and prolong drivetrain life.

Stainless steel pick-up pins and machined shifting aids on the middle and outer rings provide the smoothest changes possible on 8,9 and 10 speed systems, even under power! Gives fast and precise gear changing.

TA 74 PCD Zelito Triple Inner Road Chainring 24-30T is rated 4.7 out of 5 by 24.
Rated 5 out of 5 by JohnBod from Does the job Works well with campag changers against expectations

Rated 5 out of 5 by Xabiarider from 28 tooth Tripe inner Chainring This is the second order I have placed with Wiggle for these TA 74 PCD Chainrings for use on 2 different bikes fitted with triple chainsets. Long before Compact chainrings became the norm, triple 50/40/30 chainsets were utilised when climbing in really mountainous regions of France or Spain. Owning a Carbon Trek Domane5.2 fitted with a standard Ultegra 50/34 chainset I find the cassette ratios needed for such mountains often means there are quite large jumps between sprocket on the 11- 34t cassette to achieve this. Compare this to my Campagnolo Record Triple as fitted to my Battaglin bike with the 28t means I can continue using my titanium Super Record 11-29 cassette at considerable weight saving as compared to the steel Shimano "dinner plate" cassette on my Trek Domane and with smaller jumps allowing smoother cadence between sprockets or indeed chainrings. Similarly this 2nd order will be used to replace the 30t inner triple as fitted to my Trek 1.9. The TA versions appear to be manufactured to similar high standards as found with Campagnolo and to date I have covered +6300kms since fitting my first order without visible sign of wear or chain stretching despite my weigh being 84kgs. I highly recommend these TA chainrings.

Rated 5 out of 5 by ashleyTW from Great granny ring upgrade Used one of these to change out the inner ring on my 105 triple. Easy to fit and the lower tooth count makes a significant difference to the gear ratio for my local Kent hills. Had to adjust the front derailleur slightly to accomodate the new ring size, and have also fitted a DEDA Dog Fang to stop the chain falling off when changing from middle to inner. The step in ratios is quite pronounced, and not the smoothest in the world, but for hill climbing it is fantastic. Have used these small inners on 3 different bikes now, and love them!

Rated 5 out of 5 by GrannyRinger from Works well with 105 triple Used one of these (28 tooth) as a substitute for the inner 30 of a 105 triple (30/40/50) - works well. This is great as on the rear I can use 11-28 to get low gears and the 11 means I don't ever spin out with the 50. Gear changes are perfect.

Shimano Sora 30/39/50T Triple crank set

Would the 26T chainring be compatible with a 175mm Shimano Sora 30/39/50T crank set? Thanks.
    Asked by: Millon
Works with Shimano 105 (5703) 30/39/50 10 speed 11-27 cassette. Get LBS to tune it properly. If it doesn't work, it doesn't work! Worth a try perhaps.

TA or any other chain ring compatibility

I have a Campag triple (50/40/30) now but would like to lower my bottom gear. For some reason, hills are getting higher and steeper. What would be the smallest granny gear I could get away with? Thanks in advance Bob
    Asked by: bobzeller
I have a 2003 Campag Record triple 50/40/30 10speed chainset with Record 10spd front and rear derailleurs and recently replaced the 30t ring for this TA 28t one. It works perfectly although I chose to reduce the chain length by 2 links to ensure no sloppiness in the chain when on the smaller sprockets of a Centaur 12-30t cassette. Overall it significantly eases climbing when tackling anything greater than 10% gradient so well worth it.
