For further convenience and control, the Elite can be controlled using the smart Theragun app via Bluetooth®. The app allows you to select any speed between Theragun’s scientifically calibrated 1750-2400 percussions per minute range. The sports massager also comes with 5 built-in speeds (1750, 1900, 2100, 2200, 2400 percussions per minute).
